Another robot vacuum deal and this one from Eureka packs a lot of punch for the price, especially if you use PayTo. It has a whopping 19,000pa of suction power, dual spinning mops with a flexi-arm to extend out and really clean the edges and 12mm auto lift, LiDAR and an IntelliView RGB vision sensor on the front for advanced obstacle avoidance, an auto empty dock which can clean the mop pads with 75° hot water and dry with 55° heated air.

  YouTube review in comparison to J15 pro ultra didn’t call out any major issue other than cleaning plate for mop pads. Bought one yesterday to replace my old deebot.

  One thing that irks me about this brand is the privacy aspect regarding their cameras and AI use. Their terms are full of loopholes about sharing your data with partners, unlike other brands who explicitly promise not to sell it. Expect to have video and photo footage stored and processed with no guarantee of where it will go (nor recourse for leaks).

  I bought this one. Here is a quick review:

  Pro's
  - so far pretty reliable. it mapped the house and has been following instructions
  - vacuuming performance is exceptional (4 kids, 2 adults)
  - mopping performance is great
  - self clean, self empty, hair cutter
  - app is pretty intuitive
  - made by Midea (massive chinese brand that makes HiSense etc)

  Cons
  - Battery could be better, in my largish home, it has to dock and go back to charge mid clean
  - Need an active internet connection to setup or make any changes. I set it up then disabled internet by blocking the vacuum. It works without internet but eventually it times out and goes offline.
  - Need an active internet connection for some functions like room split, room merge, schedules etc.
