      Try changing address (work, family, friends) to see if it proceeds, then before payment changed it back to your address, that was my trick this morning for MEL 3175.

        Tried 6 Sydney addresses and no luck.
        Edit: Tried again and this time selected Buy Now and had no issue with address.

      Probably just Amazon being practically worthless since they upped the number of region locked goods. I can't buy every other board game now that I live in the countryside and most of the subscribe and save options don't work including our kitty litter. Needless to say I won't be renewing prime for the streaming.

        In Victoria if you have a lawful excuse then yes, e.g. if it's for work. It was never legal to carry a machete with no lawful excuse.

        In Victoria, a "lawful excuse" for possessing or carrying a controlled weapon can include activities like work, lawful sport, recreation, entertainment, or the legitimate collection, display, or exhibition of weapons. It does not include self-defense.
