i get that they're trying to be cool and sell supplements… but confused about what is in it.

I've using the Pump in the last couple of months as I started finishing work later, which means I'm training later at night so don't want to have caffeine.
Even on the weekends when I train earlier I still use it over the caffeine version. Sometimes I might go half-half.
Does Ultimate really have 400mg of caffeine per serve….

Tbh, i’ve tried the 3 different variants and they ain’t good.
Not advertising, the c4 or the aminoz preworkout are better. My go to supplements for my long runs.
I like the Gat Nitraflex range. I use to uses their PMP. That;s been my go to for over 10 years. Their preworks aren't sweet tasting
