What will stop me getting my cashback

      Last TGG offer was on 26/06/2025. For missing cashback claims, TopCashback does not add the tracking manually unlike Cashrewards or ShopBack. You won't see the transaction on your "Earnings" page while waiting for cashback. It will be added after cashback is paid.

      You would have received an automated email that says to wait several months. There is usually no response during the waiting period. TopCashback will contact you if they need more info.
