  In short:

  Since 2020, the TGA has received 119 reports relating to peripheral neuropathy as a result of vitamin B6 poisoning.

  Vitamin B6 is commonly available without a prescription but only those with confirmed deficiencies are required to take a supplement.

  What's next:
  The regulatory body is now considering an application to require B6 products to be stored behind the counter.

  Considering you piss this out. What is the point.
  Back in the early 2000's when I drank Berocca - no real benefits were realized in the body.

  Now days what I know works best, yeah the some ingredients are beneficial. But why bother when you can get more from fruits, veggies, etc..
  When woolie and cole had powdered / granule gatoraide or whatever, it helped reduce daily headaches. But hard to find that now days and most products are split smaller, watered down with a higher price. Who actually knows what caused daily headaches, QH SOP could not get bottom of it.

  The path you walk, normally does not end up finding a solution in the supermarket, or online shops or pages and will cost you dearly to end up finding the solution(s).
