  • I use this mouse - it's great, except horizontal-scroll (ie. pushing left or right on the wheel) doesn't work as it expected.

    • What's the specific issue? Is it very stiff, or something else?

      • +1

No, it just doesn't do it even though they keys are there on the mouse. So, it can't do what even the cheapest mice can.
Horizontal-scroll keys can be programmed to a keystroke, but unless an application supports some kind of keystroke alias for horizontal scrolling (eg. Firefox's Ctrl+left and Ctrl+right) that won't be helpful (eg. on Excel). It's quite disappointing for those wishing to use it for non-game applications.
Otherwise, I have separate buttons for Page+UP/Down, Top, Bottom, Home, End, Minimize, Search, Copy, etc… as long as function has a keystroke, it can be programmed - really useful for keyboard-less document browsing.

      • That's odd, Windows supports horizontal mouse scrolling. And my old Logitech mouse does it, without installing any Logitech software.

    damn that's a good price, i don't need a mouse, i don't need a mouse, i don't need a mouse, i bought the mouse… damn you ozbargins.

      lmao

    • You dont need a mouse and you bought 1 anyway yet no +ve?

      • done now, just forgot before.

Its a pretty good price since i pain $60 from logitech shop last year

Great mouse for mmo's or for even productivity with the button mappings.

I replaced my naga's with this mouse. Although having said that, the feel may not suit everyone. The G shift key where your pinky finger sits may not fit in with everyones grip or how they hold it

I would definitely suggest people try one ot beforehand if possible.

    • I used mine once and went back to my old mouse. Buttons are a pain to press with your thumb ect. Although maybe its just my hand.

What's that wire coming out the top? this is 2013!

    • Its a gaming mouse

I wouldn't buy a mouse for gaming that is cordless.

  • Looks interesting, have people used this in FPS gaming and the like, is it easy to differentiate between the buttons without looking at the mouse? So many buttons so close together, seems a bit easy to press the wrong key.

    Must not waste money…

  • Awesome mouse! Purchased 1 last year for around $75, dog decided to chewed up the cord. Brought a replacement last month for $65, at that price I still recon they were good value. So this would be a steal for $50 odd dollars.

  • Looks nice but it seems as if it could be uncomfortable to hold with all those buttons, plus, it'd be pointless to buy it if you weren't going to use those mouse buttons. Still a great deal though, seen these for $79 before.
