  • If you sign up to a Speedy Max plan between 17/07/25 and 14/9/25, these will be provisioned on the 1000/50 nbn® Speed Tier temporarily at no extra cost. From 14/10/25 any customers on the Speedy Max plan will be migrated to the 500/50 nbn® Speed Tier. We will notify you in writing prior to this migration. We do not yet have information for the 500/50 nbn® tier available on the typical evening speed for the 500/50 nbn® tier. When this data is available, we will update our website and CIS to include this information.
  • This offer is only available to new Tangerine nbn® customers that are connecting an eligible Tangerine nbn® service for the first time.

  • Temporarily provisioned on the 1000/50 nbn Speed Tier at no extra cost. From 16/09/25, customers will be migrated to the 500/50 nbn speed tier.

  • I had 1000/50 (HFC) plan with leaptel until today ..I was browsing superloop/Tangerine but non of them are offering 1000/50 or 500/50 plans to my address (showing HFC can support up to 100mpbs only)..ended up switching to Spintel 500/50 plan.

    Switched seamlessly from More to Tangerine who are sister companies.

    I had to reload my WAN connection to get it a new IP & faster speeds since even the PPPOE settings were exactly the same.

  • I'm currently with other providers on 250 HFC plan - changeover is today.

    2am sms to be told it's happening
    8am I check - not changed, still with old provider. call tech support - "sorry we're too busy call back in 1 or more hours" as automated msg ….WTF!
    10am I use online Chat - they chase it up and tell me they'll put it through again
    12pm I call - sorry sir there's an error (why didnt you call me / notify me!!) - he asks me to cancel my current provider manually as it seems to be creating a blockage
    2pm email and sms received "hi sir, your activation is put on hold - we cannot put you on the 500 plan" ok …so…call me????
    2:30pm after I have to call them "sorry we can only provide you a 100mb plan" …. what ???? Classic bait and switch on this - false advertising!

    so after all this, I have to cancel, no internet for 13 hours, can't work.
