          well i got that card, similar one, and it seems like you can change for any of their gift cardss. I mean i didnt have a comprehensive list, but from scrolling when i had it seems long.

      That has worked for me for past offers.

      The offer terms only says you have to spend $150 or more. Considering Card.Gift has a cart and there is no specific requirement to spend $150 or more on one gift card, purchasing multiple gift cards totalling $150 or more in one transaction should still be fine.

      If you are particularly cautious, you can purchase a $150 Card.Gift digital gift card, which is basically a $150 voucher you can use for future purchases on Card.Gift (including on Coles gift cards). When redeeming the $150 Card.Gift gift card, you can stack it with the $10 bonus Card.Gift gift card (after it is sent out) in the same transaction if you prefer.

          Card.Gift withdrew that gift card from sale many months ago. I tried purchasing it this morning and got a warning message saying it was out of stock.

            Since you are the master of giftcards…any ideas what to do with the Ultimate Everyone giftcards from Shopback (they don't work)?
            When you click on "see voucher" it simply says try again later.

            Reached out to Ultimate. They are just looping in circles, send us this / that..and use your 13 digit code to recover the card (Shopback doesn't provide any 13 digit code). Went into my account and got the purchase receipt re sent. No code.

            Shopback havent even responded. When trying the chat bot, it comes up as already under investigation.

            Had a Coles mastercard hacked before. That went reasonably smoothly by contacting heritage bank direct.This has been rubbish.

            Summary - 2 months, can't access the card. Real eye opener for me on what can happen when the giftcard doesn't work.

              After you click "see voucher", if you see a blank website
              click on the top right corner "Arrow icon", which will open an action sheet that you can copy the URL
              press the "copy" icon, then go to another browser app (eg. Safari) and paste it
              this might load the giftcard correctly

              • @littlesoldier: Cheers for the help. But no such luck. It isn't a blank website that comes up.
                It's the Myprepaidcentre website and the message "Your eGift could not be retrieved at this time. Please try again later."

                  if so, then go to https://www.cardbalance.com.au/ and see if you can get the details / balance out

                  • @littlesoldier: Nope… doesn't work! clicking on 'See voucher' in shop back returns the error above.

                    All I have is the original purchase receipt from Shopback. I sent that to Ultimate/ Myprepaid centre. They can't do anything with those numbers. All locked up in Shopbacks back end.

                      From my understanding ultimate giftcards used to have 3 years validity
                      then they extended to 5 years recently (for those activated after 2025)

                      Maybe either the link or the card itself has expired?

                • @tunzafun001: As I explained to you, it is still what I said. I just open the same card link bought in May 2023 and see the same message as I have already registered it. The card balance can still be checked on cardbalance. The email title after registration is "My Prepaid Centre Card Registration Success" that maybe helpful for search.

                  Either you deleted the email, or entered the wrong email at registration, or someone stole your card link and registered.

                  • @Neoika: Did a search for Myprepaidcentre in email. No hits. I still have all emails in that era. Shopback says card expires April 2026. Only got 2 emails, and nothing comes up on the myprepaid 'forgot my card' and enter my email.

                    Can you still see the voucher through Shopback? I suspect the issue lies with Shopback…as they are being very quiet.

              • I have never used ShopBack.

              • I have no idea how ShopBack fulfilled your Ultimate Everyone gift card order at the time you purchased your gift card (and whether ShopBack or Blackhawk Network changed something in the meantime).

          I suspect Card.Gift gift cards can be redeemed for any gift card sold on Card.Gift, except Card.Gift gift cards themselves (i.e. you cannot use Card.Gift gift cards to buy more Card.Gift gift cards).

          I have previously used Card.Gift gift cards to pay for Coles gift cards, Everyday WISH gift cards, TCN Grocery gift cards (but that is no longer for sale), prepaid eftpos gift cards and prepaid Visa gift cards.

          The terms and conditions states that it works for any "retailer" gift card:

          You can exchange the stored monetary value on Card.Gift Swap Cards for Retailer Gift Cards available from the Websites for the same monetary amount. If you want to purchase a Retailer Gift Card for a higher monetary face value than on your Card.Gift Swap Card, you will need to pay Card.Gift the balance to complete your purchase at checkout. If you purchase multiple Card.Gift Gift Cards on a single day, the total amount that you load on all the cards may not exceed $4,999.

          There are no fees associated with Card.Gift Swap Cards in either digital or physical formats. However, if you choose to purchase a physical Gift Card, you will need to pay standard Australia Post postage costs. Please note: if you choose to swap your Card.Gift Swap Card for a Mastercard, Visa, or EFTPOS Gift Card, an additional fee will apply.       • Bonus eGC was never instant (in history). In the order review e-mail, you should have seen the applied code. I don't think it'll be any issue if you have received the base eGC that is usually instant.

    For those who is complaining about missing $10 bonus,
    during the same deal last time in Oct 2024, it took them 3 days to send the bonus $10.
    and it's in the T&C,
    Just be patient. you will be fine.

  • Worse experience here. Ordered 2 gift cards since yesterday 10am and until now still haven't received the e gift cards. Gave them a call they said it's under review and asked to wait for another 24 hours. Crazy!

      from past exp, it's simply as "flagged" without any special reason they could reveal.
      usually it would fail then refund.

      if buy again with different email + same card, it may pass the "strong but odd verification".

      • The issue is: Can you use the code again? Most won't allow it.

        It shows "This discount has reached its usage limit" after use. For a to be cancelled order, it should be the same.

    • But you have to top-up to swap any cards as it seems all cards has a $20 minimum.

    • It sent out bonus in one or two batches yesterday. I have an order made just a few hours before the cutoff and received the bonus. I don't think it'll send out bonus again. Check comments above for anything that you may have missed.

    Ordered at 9:55am! Didn't realise the offer is more "a chance to win" type promo

    • Yeah, not on. If the offer was over the codes should have been expired. ACL doesn't allow for a scenario where an offer is made, you take it, then they decide not to adhere to it. They need to cough up the bonus giftcard or refund (if the issued cards haven't been used).

      • UPDATE: Got the card today after contacting them. No apology or anything, just a "here ya go".
