yeah i get 10,000IU Vitamin D + k2 + magnesium + zinc (around the same price depending on brand)
I recommend getting something like this in a multivitamin because 1000iu of Vitamin D will do F$%k all for you. health wise you need at least 5000IU minimum per day and that's just a maintenance dose
make sure you get a Vitamin D supplement that has K2 and Magnesium with it. All 3 together are important to process that Vitamin D.
Which brand? Do you have a link? Thanks
I get the 10,000 IU version it also come with 120 capsules but you can also get a 5000IU version for 27 bucks https://shop.drberg.com/products/d3-k2-vitamin?variant=40323…
but it comes with all the Vitamins you need for process the d3, with K2 magnesium and zinc.
Been taking these for years, they improve you alot. and you will never be deficient in v d3
@kungfuman: I wouldn't get those from that store, Dr. Berg is a fraud and has faced disciplinary action.
@About The Woolongs: don't care really who that guy is all I care about is that the Vitamins actually work and at the moment the guy sells one of the top Vitamins D supplements on the market. Its like someone saying they won't buy a tesla because of elon lol. as long as the product is good who gives a sh1t
Is d3 effective without k2?
FYI Costco website prices are inclusive of delivery
https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B013JKSIUG Swisse is cheaper right now ($24.29 S&S) but this product regularly drops down to approx $15 quite often, see past deals
