    Yeh. It added as it is required for heme synthesis, which is required for iron to be incorporated into hemoglobin. It's a hard one, because if you lack B6, then the iron won't be incorporated into the blood, but if you have a decent supply already it can cause peripheral neuropathy.

    From Feb 2027 (According to the TGA), B6 (or products contain B6) will become a pharmacy only medicine (S3), to try to reduce the recent rise in toxicity. I'd suggest talking to your doctor if your concerned.

  Please note that these only have 5mg elemental iron - not very much at all.
  Ferro-f-tabs (also as fumarate) have 100mg elemental iron ($8 for 60 tabs)
