I don't understand why people in NSW bother with any other apps/websites
I don't like how the govt version hides the prices / combines then when your zoom out, as I like to plan my own trip for my tolerance for how far out my way I will drive to get cheaper fuel. So petrol spy is good for this, it shows everything. Not sure what premium version does extra though.

What does the premium version offer? Why would i pay for this app when theres a govt free version? Can it predict when i should fill based on my driving/filling habits and when the price is going to drop?
TBH I only use the fuel check app when away from home. When around home there are 2 servos that have the best prices where i normally drive. Just go to one of those.
I don’t even use the app, browser works fine for my purposes
I only add/contribute Fuel Prices to the App for the collective good.
I'd be less likely to do so if they were charging anyone.

If all the prices were direct from the service station and updated every 15mins or so I would sort of consider it. But since other states have it for free, why should we victorians pay….

They rely on the public updating local prices, and now they want to charge them?
Talk about bitting the hand that feeds you.Worse, for states with government price reporting programs they tie into the government API & just use that data.
Charging for that is a brave ask.
