My little one adores her Yoto. Highly recommend.

My only tip - buy the cards they will want to listen to. Not the cards you want them to listen to.

Or you will end up listening to them lol

        Or make your own.

So far I’ve gotten away with 4 playlists and 1 blank card

Doesn’t look like this includes the BLANK Yoto cards, only the pre recorded ones.

    Also:
Please note that free standard shipping only applies to orders above $55 to Australia.

Tip: You can make your own YOTO cards for a fraction of the price. I bought 25 blank NFC cards from Amazon for $15 and downloaded a bunch of great childrens audio content from archive.org. check out r/moreyoto on reddit for heaps of resources on the topic

    • I've looked into this briefly but stopped when I read that even though you have 25 blank NFC cards, they all point to the same set of playlists (the same "online" card where you upload MP3s to) - is that right?

        In summary:
        • Blank NFC cards do NOT all point to the same playlist by default.
        • Each card can be individually programmed to link to a unique playlist or audio.
        • Formatting and linking are done via the Yoto app and/or NFC tools app.
        • Reassignment of playlists to a card requires rewriting the card.
        • This DIY approach can be more cost-effective than buying official MYO cards.

So, the claim that all blank NFC cards point only to the same set of playlists is incorrect. You can program each blank NFC card separately to different playlists. The workflow involves copying the card data from the original MYO card and then linking new content playlists as desired for each card.

          Thanks for clarifying.

Let's say I have 5x MP3s and I want to link each MP3 to a single blank card, so I would have 5x cards, each linking to a different MP3. Can I do this?

    • Any links to the blanks from Amazon.
