  • From the specs it doesn't work on wooden floors.

  • Any good compared to Dyson?

    • I have a Dyson vacuum (horrible puke green and purple colour). I am getting the Bissell mainly for (non-professional) steam cleaning and carpet deodorising. My Dyson can't do that.

      • Hi,
Can you let us know if the carpet cleaner is any good. Am thinking about buying one.
        Thanks

        • If you don't have a large carpeted area to clean (my main living areas are tiled, so it's only the bedrooms, rumpus, study and rugs that need cleaning) I think it's worth it. It picked up a lot of pet fur that even the dyson didn't 'suck up', and the colour of the water indicated the rug my dog sleeps on was well overdue for a clean!

There are also a variety of different formulas (cleaning solution) you can use, such as 'Pet stain and odor', 'Multi allergen', 'Fibre cleansing' and 'Natural orange'.

If you can find this machine on special, I'd grab it.

  • gets shocking reviews on

    productreview.com.au

  • no stock already

    • Damn, that was quick! Guess I'd better mark it as expired already :(

  • i need carpet clearer as well. where to find good machine with discount?

  • +1

That machine is for washing a pet?

I've got the regular bissell carpet cleaner, not this one (was around $400?) It does a very good job.

Some tips… it gives best result if you use it correctly and do it slowly…. & use only the bissell shampoo in it.

Some people do say they are no good but sometimes you have to read between the lines…
Mine has paid for itself already. Has attachment to do lounges etc as well.

The ones that heat their own water are best because they dry faster.
