      The NAB Goodies targeted offers seem very random, this was the first offer I received during the Birthday Bonus period whilst others here were posting about Coffee Club & Ampol offers that I hadn't received at that time.

      I'd happily get another of these offers !!!!!

      Special are very coy about where their gift cards can be used. They absolutely refuse to disclose the supported merchant category codes. I asked them about the Supermarket Slayer gift card earlier this week and all they would say is:

      We’re happy to let you know that our Supermarket Slayer gift card isn’t just limited to one place—it’s accepted at any grocery store across Australia. Whether you're shopping for fresh produce, pantry staples, or your favorite [sic] snacks, you’ll be able to use it at your convenience.

      We’re currently working on updating the list of merchants available through our website to provide you with the most accurate and helpful information and Costco is one of them.

    Is there a trick to get these offers? I turned on the option to receive offers about a year ago and haven't got anything yet. I do only have a transaction account with them where I receive my income and I never use the debit card.

      You need to use NAB personal Visa debit card, credit card or NAB Now Pay Later digital card. So us your debit card if that's all you have.

      I had issues and realised I had my tap and go set to Eftpos to avoid Aldi fees. Specifically need one visa tap or more a month to activate. The other advice I was given if not showing was to change the email NAB has registered, then change it back again. I don’t recall why. (Something to do with propagating newer systems)

      Paying the ATO a dollar online triggered it for me but a transaction on Shopback gift card didnt. Their Customer Support teams in branch or over chat have zero clue on how enrollment works. You'll end up with general advise - ie use your card.

        Do you have to use it regularly to trigger Goodies offers ongoing- or once it's "activated" it continue on?

        I had a Rewards Signature CC and had Goodies offer but cancelled couple of months ago and had nothing since (I have a debit card also which was transferred from Citibank Plus but never use)

          Yes part of the "deal" states need regular card usage.
          Just use your debit card for purchases
          Doesn't matter the amount ( some of mine are under $1

          Someone has stated to use tap and pay rather than insert card.
          Not sure if necessary tho.

          It took a few weeks after I started using it for offers to appear on NAB App.

          I was a Citibank refugee also.

    They try and make you download their app to link it to a mobile wallet, while all you need to do is copy and paste the card details.

    Purchased $100 gift card using NAB Debit Card. Able to use the card in Coles, Woolworth, Spudshed and can work in other grocery stores as well.

    Special App shows card balance as well.

    How do you even get NAB Goodies offers? been with them for ages and been my regular bank, but never seen anything in the offers section.

      You will need to call them [ NAB ]

      I had an issue ages ago and after I called, the offers started.
