Has Anyone in Australia Ordered Nvidia Products with Eccn from Arrow? What Is The Process?

I am looking to buy a Jetson Nano from Arrow for some personal R&D. I've noticed a warning on the product page that says: "ECCN: This product may be export controlled and require additional documentation."

I will be using it for legitimate personal research. but I am little bit new to this process, so I want to hear from anyone who has gone through this process before.

What kind of documentations Arrow asking for? Is it a simple form or letter or something more complex?

If it needs to be done, Arrow will send you a declaration that you will have to sign and return to them before they will ship to you. Basically, you'll be agreeing not to pass on the item(s) to various countries and/or organisations.

    • That totally makes sense. Thank you very much 🙏

  • I bought my Titan Xp at launch from Nvidia US using a shipping forwarder before GST reared its ugly head. Does that count?

  • I have not.
