    Delfredo - you're right. As you can't use that coupon code with other offers, you'll need to wait until Tuesday to be able to use it again. However, with 40% off, there's many items where you'll get a saving of more than $10 this weekend! Xywolap is correct - the THANKS10 coupon code expires on 14/02/13.

        ordered only a month ago, over x-mas break, and your complaining because something you never paid money for is on its way but not received yet?

        tontine has already said they are going to honour there pricing error (unlike harvy norman did) and people (including me) have received there freebie already so its obviously happening

        cut the rep/tontine a bit of slack and be patient ffs

        As I Told Helen,
        After my house was flooded, my insurance company said i'll get new pillows anyway, so lucky you guys! You'll never have to honour your freebie! I'll simply buy another brand!

    It has been a month since my last order and, despite follow-ups by phone and eMail, no delivery so far. It was not a free pillow.

    Some appear to get their orders in a week to a month, others don't. 40% off retail may be a bargain, but keep in mind the inconsistant delivery times.

      PAID orders came within about a week, freebies were processed after the paid orders were out of the way. i see nothing wrong with that. again stop being a drama queen. its been said and you have been told before.

      indeed it is.

      but keep in mind the inconsistant delivery times.

      what inconsistent delivery times? if you pay for an order you get your goods quickly, if tontine are nice enough to honour freebies they never intended to give in an obvious pricing error it will take a little longer to get delivered. patience seriously.

      Our latex and memory foam pillows are imported as overseas the facilities to make these products are very sophisticated. At our local factory we specialise in polyester and wool products (pillows and quilts).

        Strange, because the picture used on your site and the one on the Myer site appear to show EXACTLY the same product. Also the original prices were exactly the same "was* $119.95".

        Never said you did. My point, and I am sure kwetiaw's point, was that even with you Australia Day 40% off discount your price was higher. After all, YOU do have control over YOUR prices.

    swinbeli I think you have been very helpful today in resolving customer issues. It's unfortunate that these issues occured and has frustrated some (and it's no excuse/should not have happened) but I'd commend your efforts taken today. I emailed the customer service and they managed to resolve the issue on my order too. Thanks.
