    thanks!

I was going to purchase Rock Smith this morning for $62, then got busy at work so left it open in the background to remind me… and now there is a code :)

    • TY. I'd not heard of Rocksmith before. Will soon find out how it fares with an electro-acoustic!

not available for pre-orders please put in description.

"You must spend over $60.00 to use this voucher code. Please note that this code is not valid on pre-orders."

    • done - thanks

Haha. Play-asia does the same thing.

    It's clever.

Buy a screen protector or something cheap.

Problem is, Ni No Kuni is a pre-order.

Ezydvd online currently have a 20% off games sale which includes pre-orders. So you can get Ni No Kuni for $51.98 + $2 post. Shipping is free if the order is over $60.

Isn't Ezydvd the same as Video Ezy? If that's the case, don't expect the game to arrive within 2 weeks of its release.

        • I've bought a few DVD's/BD's from EzyDVD online over the last 6 months and they usually take about a week via snail mail. Either way it wouldn't take any longer than Ozgameshop, and you'll be getting it for cheaper.

        • I'm talking about pre-orders though. For the two games I preordered with Video Ezy, it took them a week to get the product from the UK to HK after the release date, and another week to ship.

        • My DVD's etc. were pre-orders too, but they weren't games I guess. Do EzyDVD grey import their games?
Either way it still works for me, I've got a bit enough backlog as is, an extra weeks wait is worth saving the money.

        • Oh, fair enough. Yeah, they're grey imports. UK ratings sent from a HK address. I got them during a 20% off sale and didn't mind too much since they were incredibly cheap.

  • Thanks, just ordered (the last) 32gb PS vita card :)

    • The site told me I got the last 32GB card too. This shall be interesting; best of luck :)

      • Damnit :(
My order got refunded, but on the plus side they apologized an gave me a $5 voucher :)

This also meant I was able to effectively use the $10 on a $15 purchase + the $5 voucher, so the Blurays I purchased at the same time ended up being free :)

  • i got ni no kuni for 48, cause of that ebay paypal thing haha, im thinking about DMC D: dunno many new games on ps3 which r that good

    Time to buy some boardgames!

    • Some of the board game prices are so so, even with the discount. What do you reckon is a good buy?

      • -1

Actually a lot of their board game prices are really good. Especially when considering delivery as it is free here.
Using and comparing with boardgameprices.com (which is basically american prices and probably the cheapest out there)

eg Ticket To Ride: Europe - http://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/14996/ticket-to-ride-euro…
        http://www.boardgameprices.com/game.aspx?id=103938 (cheapest 35)
        http://www.amazon.com/Days-of-Wonder-DOW-7202/dp/B000809OAO (Amazon 38)
        http://www.ozgameshop.com/board-games-and-card-games/ticket-… (45)

But shipping from american is usually a killer, amazon is sometimes ok, but the cheap board game prices on the the sites on boardgameprices.com is normally $30-40 on top!

Do definitely up there with some of the cheapest prices you can get. Shipping time from ozgameshop is not too bad either.

Actually i was a bit surprised to see 2 games i ordered 2 weeks ago
          http://www.ozgameshop.com/board-games-and-card-games/mr-jack…
          http://www.ozgameshop.com/board-games-and-card-games/small-w…

          now cost a lot more?
i got small world for $49 and mr jack in new york for $38
Now they are 86 and 66 respectively!

These had the (Please allow an additional 3 - 8 working days) attached to them, so i am not sure if they have a different supplier and caused the price to go up…

When i got some games a fortnight ago most prices where very good…

        • Ticket to Ride Europe is Amazing! My wife and I play it all the time. Major benefits:

          1. Super easy to set up. Seeing as Axis and Allies took me 45 mins to an hour to set up the couple of seconds for ticket to ride are awesome!
          2. Most games last less than 30 mins! Yay! Even faster than the add breaks on Channel 9
          3. Simple and you dont need to head to the rule book if you havent played it for a few weeks.

They have formed a nice game!

OH HEY: One thing: I just tried to use this code to buy Sim City but it states that it;s not available on any pre-orders :(

      • Yeah I was looking at Ticket to Ride: Europe

Eclipse for $62 after the code is great (cheaper than Amazon)

Last boardgame I ordered from them arrived in 7 days! That was a nice change from crappy Games Paradise who have taken almost a month to not ship my stuff yet.

        • I got Puerto Rico finally for my collection, for an excellent price. Also got The Resistance (pretty ordinary price, good game just to pad up to >$60).

Also did notice the price hike on Small World (odd, coz GamesParadise also hiked theirs), and on Civilization.

        • Yeah, I ended up grabbing Eclipse… seems like a very cheap price compared to other retailers!

Also noticed the price hikes on various games as well, but that coincided with a price drop on Eclipse (had it in my cart for ~$80 something, then dropped to ~$71 and with code = bargain!

  • Could somebody tell me if this SSD good value / current ?

    http://www.ozgameshop.com/solid-state-drives/128gb-ssd-sdssd…

With the discount it comes to $96 delivered.

    • About the same price instore from MSY/Umart etc…

      • Yep, pretty much the same price as local shops. Might as well buy it locally and not have to wait two weeks.

    • +2

I got a SSD from them and i had to remind them to send it, ended up taking like 3+ weeks, i'll never buy stuff like that from them again, games etc seem to be fine.

    • Thanks Guys!

Every time "Not valid for Pre-orders" it's like putting a big pen through my scrotum :(

    • It's just like JB's 20% sales. They used to include pre-orders but now that they don't it's almost useless to me.

      • I can't blame em in the slightest, doesn't mean it don't annoy me. :/

  • The voucher code is either invalid or has expired

    Plantronics Audio 995 Wireless USB Headset $65.99 1 $65.99

I tried to buy this whihc is over 60 $

  • I want to use this coupon but I will be away from home in February. Is it possible to ask the post office to keep a parcel for me for few weeks?

    • You can have your mail redirected, or get a post box.

Both options will cost you though.

      • +1

Thanks! But it is pretty expensive for $15 a week. This discount is only ten bucks..

    • My recommendation would be to get something sent to a trusted friend or family members address. They can hold the parcel until you return in a few weeks. Adam

  • Anything for a dollar or two? The two items I want come to $59.98.

  • I want ni no kuni as well!

  • I already have $10 voucher ready to use, will i be able to use that voucher + this one for $20 off?

    • You can only input one voucher per order, so you wouldn't be able to combine the 2. If your order is over $60, I'd recommend you use the OZDAY2013 voucher though, seeing as it expires on Monday at midnight.

  • Rep, one silly question. Are all PS3 games from your online store are compatible with the Australia region PS3 consoles?

    • UK PS3 games are usually compatible with AUS PSN Store DLC – but check the BLES codes on your game case against the ones on the PSN Store before you download. Notable exceptions are the UK versions of Uncharted 2 and Modnation Racers which have DLC locked to the UK PSN store.

      http://whirlpool.net.au/wiki/ps3_regional_locking

    • Tal_Shiar is spot on (thanks!). 99% of the time you'll be absolutely fine, though some games are region locked, usually NTSC titles. On PS3 though it's an easy enough fix, you can create a PSN account for the correct region and download the DLC through there instead.

      • Thanks. I'm particularly interested in trying out this PS3 game called Dynasty Warriors: Gundam 3. Can you please let me know now if the hard copy works on my Aussie PS3 console so I can place an order right away. BTW the one you are selling online for $25.99 http://www.ozgameshop.com/ps3-games/dynasty-warriors-gundam-… is a hard copy disc that will be posted to my address right?

Sorry I'm not new to PS3 I hardly play it at all and has no idea what is PSN or DLC.

        • yep it will be a bluray disc. PSN is Playstation Network and DLC is Downloadable Content. Some game has extra content and you can buy it online. If you don't need this kind of stuff, don't worry about it. Any PS3 game will play on PS3 console, no region lock except for Persona 4 Arena.

  • Thanks! Bought a couple of Batman Wii U games as presents then a 2GB SD card to make it to $60. Ended up getting $5 off the games and a free SD card with this discount! Now the wait… Hopefully it doesn't take too long to arrive.

  • Thanks OP. Bought a few region 2 PS3 games and hope they are compatible with my PS3 console.

  • Rep, do you have PlayTv in stock by any chance ?

  • I just used this, i imagine it is the 28th of Jan uk time (although it is still the 28th in WA as well)
