AliExpress: 18% Cashback ($30 Cap Per Transaction) on Affiliated Products @ TopCashback AU

1280

With a big AliExpress sale on now here's a good cashback increase to go alongside it that can be stacked with the coupons, as long as the products are affiliated. Increase ends 4:59PM tomorrow (19th).

Please ensure that the products you want to buy are affiliated by using the link checker. It's very important that you confirm your order as received within 90 days of ordering to be eligible for cashback. Please note some orders may automatically mark themselves as received once the tracking is shows as delivered.

Cashback terms and exclusions

  • Cashback is eligible only on affiliated products. Enter the product ID or URL on this link to check eligibility, then click the 'Get Cashback' button to complete your order.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchase of the following items: face masks, medical consumables, gift cards, virtual products, coupons, travel, ebooks, AliExpress Top-up, and any non-affiliated AliExpress products.
  • Confirmation of goods received must be made in your AliExpress account within 90 days of placing your order to be eligible for cashback.
  • A $30 cashback cap applies per AliExpress transaction (unless specified differently during promotions advertised on TopCashback).
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchase of gift cards and/or use of gift cards for payment.
  • AliExpress trades in US dollars meaning the purchase amount and the cashback amount tracked may vary due to conversion rates.
  • Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding taxes & delivery charges. Your cashback may be slightly lower than expected due to this.
  • AliExpress reports transactions based on item and not combined cart value. If you purchase multiple items in one order, they will report to your TopCashback account as multiple transactions.
  • Ensure you disable plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole & VPNs prior to clicking/tapping from TopCashback as they may prevent your order from tracking.

Awesome. The OzBargain team is up to 10% cashback too.

CR is 16% capped at $25
SB is upped too but the website/app is not loading properly rn.

    • Do you have a link to join the ozbargain team

    • Does the team cashback automatically apply as long as youve joined the team prior to purchase? No special link or button to press during purchase?

      • Yup

    • I used to be in the Ozbargain team 3 months ago using the invite link and then I accidentally clicked follow another team. I was hoping this month I could rejoin Ozbargain team again but it's still on the old team. Any ideas how it's possible to change?

  • Doesnt cashrewards have 25%?

    • +3

For new users* and new user accounts can't use coupon codes. Their base rate is 15%.

Edit: Oh look you're in the penalty box. Have we caught a CR sockpuppet?

      • when Cashrewards says cashback rate for "New Customers" does that mean new customers of Aliexpress, or Cashrewards?

        • +2

          AliExpress.

          • +3

@Clear: Important to note that you can't get multiple 'New Customer' discounts by creating multiple AliExpress accounts, CashRewards limits you to one new customer per CR account.

            • @ViperAMD: Thanks for the heads up. I've only used Aliexpress once and was going to create a new account for the cashback, good to know it won't work before trying.

      • Using an existing account, the product can't seem to accept coupon codes either. Even the $1 coupon code for late delivery isn't accepted.

    • cashrewards now 45% cashback for new users (capped at $25 per transaction)

      • I’m new to this. Does new user mean for the first transaction then it goes to the lower rate or is it for that day or something like that? Thanks!

  • Any decent NVME 4TB SSDs on Aliexpress?

  • 100% sure we can stack with the coupons in $2 off $10, $3 off $15, $5 off $30, $10 off $69, $15 off $99, $25 off $139, $35 off $199, $45 off $269 (in USD) @ AliExpress? I can't see on the TopCashback site that it says it can/can't 🤷‍♂️

    • +3

Doesn't need to be listed to work. That's a generic disclaimer.

      • So…can we use codes or cant?….im confused

  • Does anyone know how to get the cashback (eg Topcashback) working with the big coin discount?

I've tried the ?&sourceType=620 trick on desktop, but the coin discount is less than on app.

I ended up doing an order using the app with the big coin discount a couple of days ago but it didn't track sadly.

    • +2

TCB app which redirects to AliExpress app, then go to Big Save or the Coins section, add to cart/buy now and you're set.

      • +1

Thanks for confirming - I tried again and it worked.

        Things I did:
        - Cart was empty at the start (didn't do this first time)
        - Reset the AliExpress app so it opens to home page (didn't do this first time)
        - Opened AliExpress link on TCB
        - Went to Coins (it was in the "For You" section) and clicked the item and added to cart (first time used Discount Finder)
        - Checked out and paid
        - Cashback tracked within 10 minutes

Not sure if doing anything differently made it work or just got lucky. Hopefully it helps someone in future.

        • If you’re buying from the Coins section of the app, don’t use the cart or you’ll only get 1-2% coin discount. If it’s a Choice product under US$10 and you want free shipping, consider buying multiple of the item to get above US$10 before discount

Click thru from TCB (or SB or CR) to AliExpress, if in a browser click on the app link to open the AliExpress app, go to Coins section and find your item, buy now, enter coupon code if you’ve got one, pay.

          • @BigBirdy: No longer true. The larger coin discounts will now carry if the item is added to the cart from the coins section.

  • Im sure this is probably ok based on the comment that AliExpress trades on USD, but assuming there will be no tracking issues if I purchase in USD to get better currency conversion?

    • +1

Nah completely fine. I pay in USD exclusively always and have hundreds of approved transactions.

  • @Clear do you know if cashbacks work with items from bundle deals page?

    • +1

Yep. I go TCB app > AliExpress app > bundle deals > checkout and works everytime. If you do prize land for the bonus water from bundle deals that tracks too.

Of course it's a lottery of what's affiliated and not.

  • +1

Just cancelled and re-ordered. Ali now has a credit system which is instant just like Amazon. Easy to re-order.

  • If I use shopping credits, is cashback calculated on the full item price or only the cash portion I pay (if any)?

    • +1

It appears to be the calculated on the cash portion (excluding GST). This is based on my experience of transactions that have tracked which involved partial payment using shopping credits.

      • yep, you're right. i paid the entire amount with credits (minus taxes) and nothing tracked at all

  • How to use the affiliate link checker on mobile? Anyone know where to find the url ot product ID is using the app?

      • Yah, how do you use that? Everytime I add the url to the form it says an error. I'm on mobile, so on the Ali app, I'm going share, then copying the mobile url into the form

        • From the app, use the share button to get a shorty url for the item, paste this url into a browser, then copy the resulting expanded url from the browser into the affiliate link checker. It’s a painful process, but it works

  • Does using coin eligible for cashback ? thanks

    • +1

I can confirm that using coins (even the bigger coin discount on the app with "Discount Finder") still tracks (see my earlier comment). I would hope it gets paid out but I'll find out in 18 weeks.

    • +1

Hunting down discounts within AliExpress, such as coins, coupons and shopping credits (Ali cashback) does not impact 3rd party affiliate cashback from sites like TCB, SB or CR. Obviously you must be buying an affiliated item.

  • It's crazy to think you can get a 5700X for sub 120$

    • Shame 5700X3D is still US$250.
      Still rocking a R7 3700X ($400 in 2020).

      • Hardware RRP depreciation is rapid in I.T.

        • +1

It was a pretty good price 5 years ago in the middle of the pandemic and this build has lasted me ages!

The whole PC only cost $1340 (thanks to 28d price protection) including an MSI 2060S bought from a mate ($500). If anything GFX cards are still pretty expensive.

  • Cheers OP tracked after 5 min.
Ps. Is it one cashback per account or multiple orders ok?

    • +1

Multiple is fine. Just capped per transaction.

      • great!

  • Does anyone know if you can apply more than 1 shopping credit (from the team cashback) in a transaction? I've only ever applied one per transaction as I order single items per transaction.

    • +1

Yes you can use multiple shopping credit in a single transaction (I did this recently). In the app it's appears binary - either you use all the credit or none (you can't choose a variable amount of credit to spend).

  • I only had 1 of the 2 affiliated items tracked within 20mins. And it's been over 12 hrs and second item hasn't tracked, and I wonder why.

    • I noticed in my order history that 2 orders are showing, although I only placed 1. My credit card was charged once.

  • How do u check what items will work if it’s via bundle deals or ads? I can’t seem to find out as the item pops up and url is attached to a set of listings but not that item

    • If you scroll down on the 'pop up' item listing, there's usually a link near the bottom to "copy the item link" which you could paste into the affiliate checker page (or use to view the item outside the bundle). Tested one random item from a bundle and it's more expensive (both before and after discount) outside of the bundle page.

      • Thanks. Bundle offer definitely cheaper for me for like $10 per unit ^^

  • Anyone else's tracked weird. It appears to have taken 18 percent off the total purchase price, then tracked 18 percent of that.

    • Potentially excluded the inflated tax

  • Any reason to do this over 20% uncapped at TCB USA?

    • TCB AU accepts coupons and US does not.

      • So I wouldn't be allowed to use any of these?

I also see the TCB US mobile app isn't available here, so I wouldn't be able to use coins.

      • I've used coupons before with TCB US and they were approved?

        • Dunno people kept replying to me saying that.

          • @Clear: Hmm to be fair I have had a lot of mine decline after a while but then I submit a claim and they all get reinstated and approved. So perhaps it is true that coupons don't (initially) work.

    • I’m still waiting for Ali purchases thru TCB USA from April to become payable, while I’ve already had payouts from TCB AU from purchases after then. I would use the AU site.

  • +1

Last night I had one track in 10 minutes. Today's order not tracked yet after 1 hour. Let's hope the best…

  • Order still hasn't tracked, is this normal?
