      Can confirm this. Bought these on the last deal, wore them once and never again.

      You don't need to own a business; just need to own a company structure. Costs say $1k to set up by accountant using standard template and annual indexed ASIC fee ($329 on 07 Oct this year).

        Shouldn't need to go that far, they allow sole proprietors. I have an ABN registered to my name (just for a side gig) and just file my taxes uses my individual TFN.

        The ABN will get deregistered if it's not used for an actual business though.

    These have looked after me this winter. Mostly good for wearing around the house or casual wear. Not heavy duty enough for work boots (Blue collar) but they have helped me out a couple times.

    Got this in last round. Ended up giving to charity because too tight for the partners legs and not like his legs are huge. Discomfort and constricting for him.
