Just be aware - no free opt-out of CGNAT on this plan.

No paid opt out either, sadly.

Ill be leaving soon because I was told there was; otherwise performance and service has been A+.

Wish they didn't have the 30 day notice period to leave, but oh well.

Leaptel next I think; free opt out, and $1 a month for static ipv6.

      • It's killing me unfortunately, I've been with Exetel for 20+ years now and a big part of that was free static IP. I'm still not sure if I get to keep it if I wait for them to transition me over rather than moving early.

        • Yeah been with them since ADSL1 and their support team of 6 who knew you by name….

Sad to go, but hey, things slip.

        • What are the benefits of a static ip btw?

      • Just spoken with support, if you want to continue without CGNAT you can continue to stay on their existing plans, just don't transition to The One plan (which I believe is a third party provider). I'll just do that and see if they change the pricing/plans on that side once the NBN wholesale prices/speeds get updated in September.

They hav wonly one plan now haha 80 bucks 500mbd and that is it hahha

  • Has anyone tried cancelling service exactly after 3 months (90 days) and received cashback?
I signed up on previous $100 cashback deal.
Tired of never ending captchas since switching to exetel.

  • Anyone know if you can select a later start date with exetel? When I fill everything out the next button says "place order" and there's no where to put a start date in before that

Can’t schedule orders with this plan

      • Good to know, thanks
