PureVPN: 130% Cashback for New PureVPN Customers @ TopCashback AU

1630

Profit 💰 offer is back. Expires on Friday 29th August 11:45pm AEST (unless PureVPN changes it).

Only one (1) PureVPN purchase is permitted per member every 28 days (4 weeks).

If you have purchased from the last offer on 29th-31st July, please note the date (& time) eligible to buy in the table below. Use a new email address for PureVPN. Same payment card is fine.

Date Of Last Purchase Date Eligible To Buy
Tue 29th July 2025 Tue 26th August 2025
Wed 30th July 2025 Wed 27th August 2025
Thur 31st July 2025 Thurs 28th August 2025

My Tips:

  • Choose Max 2-year plan (+ 6 months) US$109.95 for the best value. Do NOT grab the 5-year plan offer in the pop-up. 5-year plan and add-ons are ineligible for cashback.
  • Pay with a card without international transaction fees if possible.
  • If you use PayPal AU, PayPal AU may charge a currency conversion fee. It seems not possible to change currency to USD to bill the card in USD instead of AUD. These fees are ineligible for cashback.
  • Tracking may take up to 4 hours.
  • If your order doesn't track or you're not happy with PureVPN, please cancel and request for a refund from PureVPN within 31 days under their 31-day money-back guarantee.
  • If you cancel for non-tracking, you can buy again. Use a new email address for PureVPN with the same TopCashback account. Same payment card is fine.
  • You can cancel auto-renewal/subscription after you have received cashback.

It is recommended to use the TopCashback app, click the 'Get 130% Cashback' pink button to the PureVPN website, mobile data (no Wi-Fi) and Chrome browser.

TA's Tips:

  • A new email address for PureVPN is considered a new customer.
  • Prior to using TopCashback, disable/remove all 3rd party plugins (AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, Honey, etc), VPNs, avoid browsers such as Brave and close any additional browser tabs.
  • For iOS device: Apart from ensuring you’re not using an AdBlock app for Safari, the most important one is to ensure you have ‘Prevent Cross-Site Tracking’ turned off (see here).
  • Also important to remember that should tracking fail for whatever reason, please cancel using their free 31-day money-back guarantee policy. No point lodging a claim to possibly have it rejected by PureVPN as attributed elsewhere.

What will stop me getting my cashback

  • Cashback is eligible only on 1-year, 2-year, and monthly plans (Standard, Plus, Max). Cashback is ineligible on 5-year plan, Teams multi-user plans, and/or add-ons.
  • Only one (1) PureVPN purchase is permitted per member every 28 days (4 weeks). Check your TopCashback account to confirm last purchase date.
  • PureVPN is excluded from all signup and referral bonus thresholds. Reference the Tell-a-Friend terms for more information.
  • Cashback can only be earned by customers opening a new PureVPN account. Renewals are ineligible for cashback.
  • Cashback is ineligible on payments made with Crypto currency.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of gift cards for payment and/or purchase of gift cards.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.

What else is essential

  • Cashback is calculated and paid on the advertised cost of the plan only. It will exclude upsold products, GST, other taxes, credit card or PayPal surcharges.
  • Engaging with plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, VPNs, and browsers such as Brave may prevent your order from tracking.
  • You must accept and allow all 3rd party cookies on the retailer's page if requested.
  • You must always return to TopCashback and click the 'get cashback' button through to the retailer's website for each new transaction. Ensure the TopCashback link is the last one used to visit the retailer's website prior to completing your purchase.
  • To be eligible for cashback, all transactions must be completed solely & wholly online and must not be assisted/negotiated via phone/chat/email. Failure to do so will cause tracking to fail and/or have cashback declined.

its good as a profit offer but the VPN client (windows) is horrible!

Very unstable. If it doesn't close properly (which happens very often), completely messes up the networking on your system where nothing works and you have to restart your machine to get it working. Disabling/Reenabling your network adapter doesn't work, windows network troubleshooter doesn't work.

    • Thanks, was just about to ask.

    • Used the earning for a free PIA. Which I found quite stable and a lot of nodes.

    • +1

The latest version doesn't even install for me in a brand new Windows 11 vm, have to install an older version then let it upgrade when first run.

    • +1

Do I need to install the client to get the cashback?

      • +3

You don't have to install PureVPN for cashback. I haven't installed/used PureVPN. Only bought for the profit.

      • I didn't for recent accounts created. But it isn't payable yet

        • +1

@Mild October Estimated payable is 16 weeks (max). You can see the estimated payable (16 weeks) when you click "+" on the transaction. Cashback is usually paid in about 3 months.

Here is a summary of my PureVPN transactions this year:

          • 11 July Purchase - Pending
          • 13 June Purchase - Confirmed on 5 Aug
          • 16 May Purchase - Paid on 14 Aug
          • 18 April Purchase - Paid on 11 July
          • 1 March Purchase - Paid on 31 May
          • 18 Jan Purchase - Paid on 17 April

Ref: What do the statuses 'pending', 'confirmed' and 'payable' mean?

          • @trixieb: Joined the party first time on 16th May.

Looks pretty much same as yours

      • no

    • +3

Never use the provided VPN clients. Always use openvpn, wireguard, etc directly.

      • interesting, would you know how to use those clients with PureVPN?

    • Agree. I tried to use it with my new Beryl travel router and it won't connect, whereas the free Proton VPN connected easily.

  • +2

Thanks! I would have missed this one were it not for your post. I checked just 30 mins ago and it was still 25% or 50%.

  • Eligible for the 12th July deal but not the 29th Jul deal.

      • Better wait till tomorrow just to be safe, this deal normally runs few days no?

        • +4

Will have to ask the rep when the offer expires.

If you bought on 29th July, you can buy today around the same time. If you bought on 30th July, then you can only buy tomorrow etc.

When I have the expiry from the rep, will create a table in the post description to make it clearer for those who purchased in the last offer.

          • @trixieb: My last one is 12th Jul, I'm all cleared, this is mainly for those cohort from 29th-30th.

            • @RTX9090Ti: Offer ends on Friday 29th August 11:45pm AEST. The last round was for 3 days from 29th-31st July. Created the table in the post description.

  • +1

If I bought before but cancelled because I didn't get it tracked, am I still eligible with the same email address?

    • +11

Just use a different email address with dot (.) in between for gmail. For example:
      z.aenille@gmail.com
      za.enille@gmail.com
      zae.nille@gmail.com
      zaen.ille@gmail.com
      zaeni.lle@gmail.com
      zaenil.le@gmail.com
      zaenill.e@gmail.com

All incoming emails will go to zaenille@gmail.com

      I still use this ;-)

      • Oh neat!

      • +3

well zaenille gonna get spammed soon. :p

      • +1

Have you been using this for the VPN offers or just email use in general? I know people use '+' to reroll gacha accounts lol.

        • I use this dot trick for PureVPN purchase every month. I haven't used + trick again, maybe next time.

          • @neoleo: If we use "."or plus "+". Will it be considered as a new email?

      • I just tried sending myself an email using the . method and outlook is saying there was a problem sending the email.
My order was tracked by TCB but if the email isnt working.. i might have to cancel to be safe

        • @Puffmellows Did you receive an email from PureVPN for the order confirmation? If you did, you would be fine.

When it tracks and you cancel the order, my understanding is that you won't be able to purchase again in this offer.

@neoleo Is there a workaround? Thanks.

          • @trixieb: I didnt receive an email from them. Ive tried sending an email from multiple different email addresses and nothing goes through to it.
I didnt realise the dot method didnt work with outlook :(

            • @Puffdragon: Was wondering if you can change your email in PureVPN. It's not possible to change the email without contacting PureVPN.

For your account security we do not allow users to change the email by themselves so in order to update your purevpn registered email please contact us on this email enquiry@purevpn.com and our support team will get back to you and help you out accordingly.

You can also try reaching them via Live Chat on the PureVPN website.

              • @trixieb: Ohh. All good i think.. i just created that email address with the dot in it, so now its an acutal email. So now all she be good? Guess ill find out in 3 months time
                Thanks for helping

                • +1

@Puffdragon: As long as you can login to PureVPN using that email and cancel the subscription after the cashback is paid in about 3 months.

        • +1

The dot or + method is only for gmail, I think. I don't use outlook.

As long as you can login PureVPN and tracked successfully by Topcashback, it's good. After you receive the cashback in your Topcashback account (confirmed then payable status around 3 months), you can withdraw the money to your bank account for example. Then cancel PureVPN subscription.

          @trixieb too

      • Can also use "+" sign. ie zaenille+pure1@gmail.com to the same effect. Or combination of both.

    • +2

If you cancel for non-tracking, you can buy again. Use a new email address for PureVPN with the same TopCashback account. Same payment card is fine.

OP says to use a new email.

      • Thanks thanks!

        • +2

@Zaenille Hi again, use a new email for PureVPN as stated. I chatted to you previously. Hope it tracks this time. Good luck.

          Some tips below:

It is recommended to use the TopCashback app, click the 'get cashback' pink button to the PureVPN website, mobile data (no Wi-Fi) and Chrome browser.

From TopCashback: How can I make sure I receive my cashback?

7 Tips to Maximize Your TopCashback Experience

          1. Allow third-party cookies
          2. Disable Blockers
          3. Close All Tabs, Apps and Extensions
          4. Check if You Can Use the Retailer's App (Cannot use PureVPN app for cashback)
          5. Allow Cookies
          6. Avoid Incognito Mode
Avoid private browsing to ensure accurate tracking.
          7. Use Recommended Browsers
If you're facing problems, switch to another browser (except Safari or Firefox), as it might solve the issue. We recommend using Google Chrome.
          • +1

@trixieb: Followed the topcashback app tip and have it finally tracked. Used the same gmail with a dot to update. Thanks trixieb.

I've sent a claim for a missing (unrelated to VPN) cashback and have yet to hear back (maybe over a month ago now). Does anyone have similar experience?

Also, are we able to payout less than max amount?

    • +2

Missing cashback and the cashback itself usually can be withdrawn around 3 months. So, expect 3 months since you submit missing cashback.

You can withdraw money from any cashback companies for less than max amount, just need to be at least the minimum amount allowed. If you get like $100 cashback and you want to withdraw $10, yes you can.

      • Okay sweet, will wait around a bit longer.

I can't seem to find the option to withdraw less though (just wanted to test $1 before doing full amount)

        • @Deco Sorry to hear about the missing cashback claim. I've had a few claims and they have all been paid.

          Please note the following:

          • For claims, TopCashback does not add the tracking manually. There is no tracking initially. After the claim is paid, then you will see the transaction track in your account.

          • Apart from the initial email you would have received on submitting the claim, there is usually no response or communication while waiting for the claim to be approved. TopCashback will contact you if they need more info.

          • You can check on the progress of your claim or add further info here.

          • The payment time depends on the retailer. Could be similar to the estimated payable time when the order is tracked. It could be around 3 months to 6 months. (E.g. Superloop and Exetel nbn tracked orders and claims seem to take a bit longer than other retailers.)

          • Also refer to: I have lodged a 'missing cashback' claim; why is it taking so long for you to process?

          • Any enquiries, please contact TopCashback support in this link. You would expect a reply within 2 business days.

For better tracking, it is recommended to use the TopCashback app, click the 'Get Cashback' pink button to the retailer's website, mobile data (no Wi-Fi) and Chrome browser.

Also, are we able to payout less than max amount?

          Yes.

You can request a payout via BECS (Bank Transfer) or PayPal for any amount above $0.01.
What is the minimum threshold for me to request a payout?

Refer to: How do I receive my cashback payout?

All the best with your claim.

          • +1

@trixieb: Hey trixieb, thanks for the comprehensive response.

I didn't see the 2nd point about communication but I'm chalking that up to me missing something. The link to track claims was also very helpful. It's a bit finicky to do purchasing on mobile app, but will give that a go next time (though my last PureVPN tracked seamlessly!).

Even with the links I still can't manage to split up payments, might be a merchant issue as explained per link above.

            Thanks again!

what are the profit guys ? ~$40 like last time ?

    • 188.30-153.18=35.12

      • how long does it get tracked?

        • less than 20 minutes

          • @nowich: If lucky. Mine didn't track in July and have been waiting for the dispute since.

            • @amrdeus: Sorry to hear. My July purchase that tracked is still pending and not paid yet.

Estimated payable for orders that tracked is 16 weeks (max). You would expect to be paid in about the same time frame (or sometimes longer) for a claim.

Please refer to my reply here about missing cashback claims with TopCashback. Also tracking tips here.

If you were to buy again and it doesn't track, please cancel and request for a refund from PureVPN within 31 days under their 31-day money-back guarantee. This is preferred to lodging a missing cashback claim in case of rejections.

I've also had untracked PureVPN orders, cancelled and asked for a refund. I reordered (using a new email) and it tracked.

              Good luck with your claim.

      • you using wrong exchange rate for AUD/USD ?..

A new email address for PureVPN is considered a new customer.

Do + addresses count? e.g. if i've used tenpercent@myemaildomain.com.au can I this time use tenpercent+pvpn@myemaildomain.com.au and be considered 'a new customer' by Pure VPN?

  • +1

    torrents don't seem to work

Wait for one of the 100% or over 100% cashback offers for Nord VPN.

      • +1

Thanks, will look into it! By the way there's a 98% off for Surfshark VPN https://www.shopback.com.au/surfshark is it any good?

Btw, I've restarted PC torrents work now.

        • +1

          Haven't tried them.
Good to know PureVPN works for torrents. So many linux iso's to catch up on!

        • So PureVPN works with torrents? Asking for a friend 😉

          • @DannyBoy: Yes, without addons. However, I suspect there are VPNs that will work better. This one a bit sluggish to find peers
PS: As a side note, it also has "Split Tunnelling" option in settings. This is needed to enable VPN only for selected list of programs (like torrents) and leave all others as is. Although it seems that even though those apps will work with your real IP they will use DNS from VPN.

    • They don't allow torrent if you connect to server in australia, uk….
Worked fine for me using gluetun connecting to netherlands server with wireguard config. I did have problem using openvpn but wireguard seem to be working fine for me.

  • Has anyone disabled auto renew after purchase and received cashback successfully?

    • Yes.

  • +1

how long does it take to track on average for people?

    • between 30-180min

    • every time is different. for this time, mine haven't got tracked after 1hour.

some other people reported their record but without tracking details

  • +4

What do they have to gain? Here are my guesses.

1: You are providing them a loan at a relatively high interest rate. Whatever they are doing with the money must be risky. If they go under your are definitely not getting the cashback.

2: You are laundering money for them. Very effective since they get payments in and out of TCB and through 1000s of end users.

3: They want to sell their business at a later point, and this is a quick way of getting many users on their books. However I don't think it's the case; these cashbacks have been going on for so long.

    • They get people's data if people use the VPN. Your browsing habit, all the websites that you have opened, etc. Who knows if they sell people's data.

Also people who forget to cancel subscription, more money for them.

      • If that were the case, why are they incentivising people to get multiple subscriptions? Many people don't even use the product.

        • Maybe they don't bother and/or only check new accounts based on email.

@tightarse: Update: transactions starting to flow through now, so please allow up to 4 hours for tracking :)

                • @tightarse: Mine is tracked $210, paid $169, $41 profit, win!

            • @tightarse: Hi TA, @tightarse

I signed up to pureVPN last night at 5.56pm, still not tracked until today, should I wait few days or cancel the purchase?
Wondering whether you could assist by checking it from your end.
Would send direct message for further info if you could please assist.
              TIA

          • @tightarse: you are the best :) tracked now

  • -1

what is the profite this time

  • Don't know why but purevpn web, when I click logout it doesn't logout. I have to go clear my cache on browser before I can login with another email.

  • Does anyone have issues with cancelling auto-renewal? I read online that PureVPN takes a long time to process auto-renewal cancellation requests and often fails to do so. People often get charged again, even after trying to cancel.

    • Nope, it's all automated, you just need to click few a few pages.

    • +3

      @yabol Here are the steps:

      • Login to your account.
      • Choose "Subscriptions" on the left hand side.
      • At the bottom of page, click "Cancel Subscription".
      • Choose a reason. I chose "I no longer need the service".
      • Continue to choose "Cancel Subscription".

It will cancel subscription/auto-renewal but you will still be able to use the VPN until it expires.

      • @yabol Further to my reply, here are the screenshots and a tip to change your payment card:

        • Choose "Subscriptions" on the left hand side. Screenshot
        • At the bottom of page, click "Cancel Subscription". Screenshot
"File a refund" disappears after 30 days from purchase date.

You can also remove your payment card. If you have a used Coles Mastercard gift card or similar, you can update your payment details using this sort of empty gift card. It doesn't always allow me to add the gift card and has declined a few times. You can try again and it may work.

    • The 5 year plan (which is not eligible for cashback) has you go through customer support to cancel. For the other plans you can just cancel on the website. You can use a disposable card (revolut, wise, etc) for peace of mind

      • +1

I was able to cancel the subscription for the 5 year plan online recently from the Nov offer.

Previously you had to contact support to cancel. PureVPN seems to have updated the system recently.

  • -1

These are getting tedious, but I am also not in a position to decline free money.

    • +2

      Tedious? Takes 2 mins

    • The process hasn't changed, you just need a new email address
