Everyday Market From Woolworths: 30% Cashback (Capped At $150 Per Member) @ TopCashback AU

810

Nice cashback, increased from last week. Spend between $50 - $1000 (cashback capped at $150 per member). Expires today at 6:59pm AEST.

GST is included for cashback.

Cashback is ineligible with code GET10 ($10 off $100) or new member code EMNEW10 ($10 off $100). TA has confirmed here and previously when I asked.

It is recommended to use the TopCashback app, click the 'Get 30% Cashback' pink button to the Everyday Market website, mobile data (no Wi-Fi) and Chrome browser.

TA's Tracking Tips:

  • Prior to using TopCashback, disable/remove all 3rd party plugins (AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, Honey, etc), VPNs, avoid browsers such as Brave and close any additional browser tabs.
  • For iOS device: Apart from ensuring you’re not using an AdBlock app for Safari, the most important one is to ensure you have ‘Prevent Cross-Site Tracking’ turned off (see here).

What will stop me getting my cashback

  • Cashback for Everyday Market from Woolworths is eligible only on items that display the orange Everyday Market logo and "sold by" branding. Cashback is ineligible on any grocery items, packaging, tobacco, and delivery subscriptions.
  • Orders less than $50 or more than $1000 are ineligible for cashback.
  • Important: When a cap is specified in the cashback rate, it will apply per member and/or per Woolworths customer for the length of the promotional period. As an example, a $100 cap running alongside an increased cashback lasting 3 days will allow for a maximum payout of $100 per member and/or per Woolworths customer for the 3 days of the promotion. Woolworths can decline transactions at its discretion based on these terms. TopCashback has no control over this process.
  • Any orders made from outside Australia or perceived to be made from outside Australia (ie. using a VPN) will have cashback declined. This is at the discretion of Woolworths (not TopCashback).
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of gift cards for payment and/or purchase of gift cards.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchases made using Woolworths business accounts, or perceived to be business accounts. This is at the sole discretion of Woolworths.
  • If Woolworths deem reseller behaviour is taking place to gamify the cashback system, cashback might be ineligible.
  • Purchases made for resale or trade purposes are ineligible for any Cashback offer. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Cashback where we believe any order has been made in breach of this eligibility condition. We will not be liable to any loss or claim arising as a result of a cancellation of or refusal to issue Cashback under this clause.

What else is essential

  • Purchases made through 'Everyday Market from Woolworths' will register in your TopCashback account as 'Woolworths Groceries'.
  • Cashback is ineligible if using any Woolworths Rewards points as payment.
  • Engaging with plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, VPNs, and browsers such as Brave may prevent your order from tracking.
  • You must accept and allow all 3rd party cookies on the retailer's page if requested.
  • You must always return to TopCashback and click the 'get cashback' button through to the retailer's website for each new transaction. Ensure the TopCashback link is the last one used to visit the retailer's website prior to completing your purchase.
  • To be eligible for cashback, all transactions must be completed solely & wholly online and must not be assisted/negotiated via phone/chat/email. Failure to do so will cause tracking to fail and/or have cashback declined.

Good to know

  • Purchases made through 'Everyday Market from Woolworths' will register in your TopCashback account as 'Woolworths Groceries'.
  • Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding GST, other taxes, and delivery fees. Your cashback may report lower than expected due to this.
  • If any part of an order is cancelled / returned / exchanged / modified, it will no longer be eligible for cashback and will be declined in your account.

      $695 - $150 cashback - $10 everyday rewards = $535. Not bad.

        mydeal may cancel your order

        • +1

          why?

          • +11

@bAps: Because Woolworths and my deal are the same company, and if they don't want to sell switch 2 at a lower price, they will just cancel your order. They did this last time with $200 cashback deal. People bought from Gamesman were OK

            • +4

              @RichardF89: @bAps

              $695 - $150 cashback - $10 everyday rewards = $535.

              Regarding $10 everyday rewards

Cashback is ineligible if using any Woolworths Rewards points as payment.

            • @RichardF89: Yep, been there, done that!

Also had other cashback claims rejected for no good reason. Had to chase up with @tightarse, who was able to get it sorted. Still, treading the tightrope on getting payouts from Everday Market.

      • Yes and can also claim a price drop with 28 degrees card if you have it within 12 months ;). That's how I got the oled model for about $270 (32% cashback no cap and the $10 code worked back then too (was SB I think, can't remember)

        • WW/EM changed the T&Cs in Nov last year to exclude the $10 code, as confirmed with TCB and SB in my posts. The $10 code was eligible before that as I had used it in Sep last year. It was also listed in SB then.

You are lucky if you received cashback recently using the $10 code. T&Cs are from WW/EM and apply to all the cashback sites. WW/EM have rejected cashback using the $10 code.

          • @trixieb: Yes not worth the risk, was just saying it used to work which was nice at the time!

Worst marketplace ever for filtering overpriced stuff. It's not even possible to search for new Lego sets less than RRP, you're bombarded with $20 sets being newly listed for $600.

WW group have truly no idea how to run a marketplace. Mydeal was just as rubbish.

Yes. Great value with the discount and cashback. Don't use code GET10.

      • Thanks, I got excited seeing the 30% cashback but then realized it's capped at $150 per member, still a good price though

$1000 max order and $150 cap per member.

Mydeal cancelled my Swith 2 order with $200 cashback last June. I am having another try with this. Cashback isn't tracked yet whilst last time it only took 10~15min to track.

    • +1

Cashback just tracked. Hope Mydeal doesn't cancel this time lol

    • Cancelled CB or the actual Switch 2? Received the switch but still pending cb for me…

      • Pretty sure cb can’t be cancelled if the order was successfully delivered. He was talking about the last promo when mydeal cancelled pretty much everyone’s switch 2 (myself included).

And if you read the t&c, cb is 24 weeks.

      • Mydeal cancelled the order last time and cashback got rejected because the order was cancelled.

  • Still waiting for my last cashback offer with TCB to track. Lodged a ticket over 2 months ago and still waiting for a response.

    • Try contacting TA TCB store rep here.

    • @A female dog Sorry to hear. Just letting you know that TopCashback does not add the tracking manually. There is no tracking initially. After the claim is paid, then you will see the transaction track in your account.

Apart from the initial email you would have received on submitting the claim, there is usually no response or communication while waiting for the claim to be approved. TopCashback will contact you if they need more info.

You can check on the progress of your claim or add further info here.

The payment time depends on the retailer. Could be similar to the estimated payable time when the order is tracked. It could be around 3 months to 6 months.

Also refer to: I have lodged a 'missing cashback' claim; why is it taking so long for you to process?

You can contact the rep TA or support in this link.

      • +1

Noted, thanks. My original claim was lodged on 17 June 2025 - so it's been 71 days since lodgement. My confidence in TCB is waning as my most recent purchase (Adidas outlet) was also not tracked whereas with another cashback provider - it had no issues tracking and confirming the cashback amount. This is following all relevant instructions, no ad blockers etc.

        • With your claim on 17 June which I assume is for Everyday Market, it would not be processed or paid yet. I posted the offer and also bought on 17 June. My Everyday Market transaction is still pending and not confirmed yet. Estimated payable is 24 weeks. That's probably the sort of time frame you would be looking at.

As for adidas, it can be confusing with the T&Cs of exclusions. Hope your item is eligible for cashback. Otherwise it also won't track.

Perhaps contact the rep TA or support as mentioned.

All the best with your claims.

          • @trixieb: Thanks for the detailed reply, much appreciated. Unfortunately, my Everyday Market transaction from June is not even pending or showing in my account, hence the worry. All good, I'll follow up via the relevant channels. Cheers

            • +2

@A female dog: To clarify, as mentioned previously TopCashback does not add the tracking manually for claims. You won't see it in the "Earnings" page. After the claim is paid, then you will see the transaction in your account.

My Everyday Market order was tracked so I can see "pending" and estimated payable time.

You can find your Everyday Market and adidas claims here.

              Hope this helps.

There's a lot of BigW stuff which the discount may apply to, ie:

  • 18 weeks wait time is a killer for cashback to be approved.

    • The estimated payable time depends on the retailer. Unfortunately with Everyday Market, it's longer at 24 weeks. I bought on 17th June, still pending and has estimated payable in 24 weeks.

  • Bit worrying I haven't received confirmation of cash back, but also it's not appearing in "my visited merchants" either (no VPN, adblock etc running). So the click hasn't even registered (so logging a claim would also be difficult)

    • @SpiffyTheDog Can you find the click here:

On the TopCashback website (not app), you can check your last "click" to Everyday Market or any retailer in this link. The time updates with each new click.

To view all your clicks in the last 100 days, you will need to visit the missing cashback claims page on the TopCashback website (not app). Select Everyday Market (or the clicked retailer) on the claims page in this link. Here is also where you submit a missing cashback claim for non-tracking.

    Tracked in 22 minutes!

  • If an item is sold by big W is there a way to pick up?
$18 shipping fees for a couple of pair of joy cons is killing the deal a bit for me 🙁

    • Unfortunately not. No more free shipping from Big W/EM since June.

      • Sad! Would you happen to know if cashback includes shipping? Or just items?

        • Cashback includes GST but excludes shipping.

          • @trixieb: OK thanks. More worth it to get them elsewhere at full price but get more cashback then

  • Can you do more than one order if below the cap? Or needs to be in one order?

    • Separate orders are fine. Cashback with be capped at $150 in total for all your orders per member.

      • +1

  • Are games sold by gamesmen eligible for cashback? I am after few titles, and gamesmen does have "sold by" orange marker

    • +1

      Yes eligible.

  • And what's the shipping cost like for gamesmen to Perth?

  • Hmmmm, payment screen froze and confirmation didn’t come through until 7pm, hopefully get the 30% and not the standard 2%.

      • Would you know when the next increased cashback similar like this one will be? I was looking at getting a trampoline for my son's Birthday but did not pay attention to when the sale would end and did not make the purchase in time. Was deciding between the 8ft and 10ft size andbend up missed out on the deal :(

        • @bargainfinder Sorry I don't know when the next offer is. There were similar offers last Sep, Oct and Nov. Hopefully there will be one soon.

          • @trixieb: Thanks. Just realize they charge $50 for shipping and it is not part of the cashback. Looking at the same thing now on Amazon and it cost the same so i will order from there.

      • Yes, it tracked for 7pm but not at the 30% rate.

Given the advertised 7pm end time is there a way to resolve this?

        Btw thanks for responding.

        • +1

@VladImpaler Sorry for the confusion. All TopCashback offers usually end in xx:59. I've updated the post again to the original correct time 6:59pm.

          • Please submit a claim for different cashback amount here.

          • Apart from the initial email you will receive on submitting the claim, there is usually no response or communication while waiting for the claim to be approved. TopCashback will contact you if they need more info.

          • You can check on the progress of your claim or add further info here.

          • Any enquiries, please contact TopCashback support in this link. You would expect a reply within 2 business days

          Good luck.

  • Is there gonna be another one of these? shoulda taken advantage of it

    • +1

Most likely. There were similar offers last Sep, Oct and Nov.

  • Used to be good when uncapped.
