    I'm torn, Last time I ordered chips from amazon they sent them in an envelope and I got crumbs, lots of crumbs……..

      Did you order 1 pack? If you order 2 packs or more, they shouldn't fit in a satchel and will come in a box.

        I ordered 8 and got 8 individual bags of crumbs in envelopes all delivered on the same day at the same time. I did get them replaced with no issue and the replacements came in a box.

    Had issue with the bags being popped inside the delivery satchels 7 out 9 were like this. I think they got popped on the last leg of the delivery as they were still fresh.

    Got a refund no issue tho. Saved them via some ikea bag clips

    No idea how to trigger getting delivery via box might try a dove soap bar 🤔
