Pathetic, all these items cannot be delivered to my address. The majority of all S&S or similar items are not able to be sent to my address.

    • Yeah a lot of people are having the same issue, discussion here. It isn't properly addressed by Amazon and you have to pay the same price, despite having so fewer items available.

      • So is it all the Amazon shipped goods that aren’t available? Ie a marketplace seller using Australia Post would still be okay? I know when I lived in North Carolina the level of offer was heavily dependent on distance from the distribution centre. If you were close you got 2 hour full supermarket service at whole foods, if you were further out much less.

        • Yeah it's the items sold and shipped by Amazon that are affected, not all but quite a lot. Marketplace using external shipping providers are not.

It would appear that if you are outside Amazon's Flex delivery network, they restricted items to avoid having to pay AusPost/Courier etc. to ship items to you. They are just not upfront about it, items will appear 'unavailable' and no disclosure that they are actually available, but not to you.

@hamza23: They should have to provide a map service where you enter your address before people pay for it, like a cell phone provider .

  • If it helps. This is quite often the regular price at Foodland/ Drake's for SA people.
Also includes the party size Red Rock kettle chips. Woolies and Amazon don't get close to that.

  • Australians look at us funny when we put salt and vinegar on our fish and chips, then go nuts for these.

    • As kids in the 80s it was standard to rip open the newspaper/butchers paper at one end and pour vinegar in.

Who is "us" if you're not talking about Australians?

      • People who aren't Australian.

        • You should have clarified that in your post (that you're not Australian).

          • @MrZ: The land of spuds mate, potatoes and whiskey is our profession. Might write the odd poem too 😂

Why do they call it "salt and vinegar"? All chips have salt, it's redundant. It'd be like calling it salt and chicken or salt and bbq. Why not just call it vinegar?
