There is no limit I can see for gift cards. Are you referring to the shopping upsized cashback which is $20?
Not sure what’s happening with SB lately, but bonus cashbacks just take ages to track. Used to be instant, then it changed to 48hours, and now I’m still waiting for the bonus from like 4-5 days ago.

yes closer to 14mins obviously something's gone.wrong with the back end. I.assume they're doing it manually ATM.
Hey folks 👋 Totally get the frustration here, waiting around for bonuses isn’t fun 😅 Just to clear things up, the up to 14 days bit doesn’t mean it’ll always take that long, it’s just the max window while the system crunches everything in the background. Most of the time it shows up sooner, but in some cases it can stretch closer to that 14-day mark.
It’s not manual, it’s just the way the bonus calculations are processed behind the scenes 🙏 If you’ve hit the 14 days and still don’t see it, that’s when we’d want you to reach out so we can jump in and fix it for you.

SB has a record of our bank card (they're linked to our account) and the transaction is via SB website & the fact that the standard cashback is calculated and paid the same day shows SB knows the total & the linked bank card was used to pay. If it's not a manual check/process, what's the problem?

FWIW, I've noticed recently that you can use gift cards for online orders finally. You need to add them to your Coles Pay account and checkout using Coles Pay.

I went on Coles Pay but only saw "Add a debit or credit card" (which includes card number, expiry date and security code), where/ how exactly can you add Coles giftcard please?

Coles gift cards are not redeemable for online orders at the moment. They can be used for instore purchases in all Coles Supermarkets and Coles Central stores
