I recently placed an order on Amazon AU for a Sunbeam Vertical Waffle Maker and some shampoo and sunscreen. The package was delivered promptly, but when I opened it, the waffle maker wasn’t delivered with my other purchases.
I contacted Amazon support straight away. The customer service rep was apologetic and told me they'd issue a refund for the missing waffle maker. I even got a follow-up email confirming that the refund was being processed.
