    I got this for $899 on prime day.

    Amazing unit - mops and vacs like a champ and the software works great.

    All the features - no brainer at this price.

    Note the CE is the budget lineup in the L40 line and whilst it has more suction than the L40 Ultra, it is missing some features compared to the older L40 Ultra such as heated drying of the pads, a water detergent tank, moveable arms etc. It does come with the tri cut brush which has been great for long hair/pet hair.

      Incorrect mate.

      It has water detergent tank (do you mean seperate detergent tank?) and drying pads.

        The reviews referred to L10s Plus.

        Big diff in my view

        No extendable arms or mop pads
        No detergent cartridge
        Eats cables for breakfast

        Not happy with my down specced l40
        I paid $899 and it was already on sale then

          So no way of adding detergent what about in the water tank? Seems kind of pointless cleaning floor with cold water without detergent?

            @Stahh: No, that won't work and will void warranty and not recommended. It has an empty slot for the detergent but function not enabled.
            It is just Software so not happy they disabled this. When I bought this model I thought it is.like the l40 but misses lots of features. But if you spend $449 then definitely good value.

            @Stahh: It does have a detergent dispenser in the base station. Check the user manual. It doesn't specifically use cartridges though, which is better economically.

              @Agent Q: Yes it does have a slot but no cartridge comes with it and support says cannot be used with this model. Feature not avail.

                @MrBillions: When I mop manually I don't put detergent I just add Pinocleen.
                Can't you just do that. It's a disinfectant and probably will do the job you need it to do.

    Amazing deal, well done for those who got it. I have a roborock S8 ultra Pro. Also a great machine, my only complaint with mine and these is that the "drag" style mops are nowhere near as good as the rotating disk style newer mops. But if you managed to snag one at this price you have done very well.

    This price is unreal; I would have gotten one if it is still available. It would be an amazing gift. I’m with the L10S Gen2 model and is my second Dreame vac bot; 100% pleasant.

    I only just got the L10s Ultra delivered on Friday for $599.

    I don’t want to check and compare features anymore with the L40 cause I’m sure I’ll feel annoyed about overpaying for a lesser model.
