killer deal… wish I didn't bite the bullet for 9070 XT with ~1170 ish

    • Agree. Pretty compelling deal.

      Nitro+ or pure? if it was a Nitro+ 9070xt is was a very good price. I lowest price for a Nitro+ 9070xt I knew was $1299

      • pulse..

        • pulse and pure ATL was $1099. I almost pulled the trigger for the $1099 Pure, but I don't want to pay the shipping fee.

      • no chance a nitro+ has been sub 1200

        • Anything could happen. no one knows that the ATL 9070 is a Nitro+

    • does this have a Nitro button? and can I race for pink slips?

These will OC quite nicely if you are up for it. Can get up to 9070 XT performance without too much effort

    • +1

and also can overwrite the BIOS to a 9070xt

  • Whats everyone leaning towards these days? Amd or 5070+ builds ?

    • +5

Definitely 9070, the 5070 basically comes with a Nvidia tax on it.

There's only 5-10% difference between them, but the extra RAM on the 9070 is likely to give it a bit longer life. Main use for the 5070 is if you really want to run 4K on a budget marking use of DLSS4 (or any AI stuff, but better off with a second hand 3090 for the extra RAM)

      • +1

        5070 VRAM is 12g

      • +1

5070 isnt a 4k card, youre gonna run out of VRAM really fast

        • +1

12GB is still enough for 4K gaming today, but as I said, buying the 9070 is a no brainer today thanks to having more RAM.

DLSS reduces RAM requirements too (edit: At least for upscaling, not frame generation)

    • 5070 should age better for 1440p path tracing, especially with neural compression, neural radiance cache, and neural streaming methods incoming.

Will need a few of those to come through to flip on all the Blackwell eye candy that's getting deployed alongside.

DLSS 4 offers better visual quality overall as well.

thanks OP got one. I was looking for a 9070xt, 5070ti or 5080 but at this price for a flagship 9070. it is a no brainer

    • +1

I was lucky I bought 3% off gift card and placed order in time

  • SOLT OUT

  • just found this card need 1x 16-pin 12VHPWR or 3x8-pin. anyone know if 2x8 pin works or not

    • -1

it should work with 2x 8pins.

    • It won't boot if it does not detect 3x 8-pins connected.

      • I have Dual Power Splitter Cable it won't be an issue if I don't over clock

      • and even I over clock it should still be alright. 2 pcie 8 pin cable plus pcie port can delivery 375w

  • Shoot. Too late :(

  • Killer price. I paid 1050 for mine and I’m extremely happy with it.

  • +1

decent card, but AMD are cooking something HOLD

    • Is it meth? What is it?

  • +1

god damn. would have bitten at that price. Well done OP.

Nice deal but waiting for Zen 6 to double my current PC

  • +1

sweet deal best bang for buck at this price

  • +1

order shipped, can't wait to receive the gpu

  • +4

now only if 9070 XT at 950$

  • yeah, sub $1000 and a BF6 bundle would tip me over the edge…

  • received the card today, I only have 2x8 pin cable. Both are Dual Power Splitter Cable. The card gives a 12v 2x6 to 3x pcie 8pin adapter but there are 3x8 pin ports how can I connect which port connect the single 8 pin cable and which connect the Dual Power Splitter Cable?

    • Just connect both cables that you have to the adapter and one of the splitters, doesn't matter which one.

      • thanks I did this last night no issue so far.
