        It is literally the only proper use of the negative vote:

        * To let others know about issues with the deal, merchant or product.

        In my opinion, the people downvoting people who downvote to expose issues with the deal, merchant or product are the real problem. Don't try to pretend Shopback doesn't have a long and well-documented history of not paying out.
