Most likely yes (it hasn't counted in past deals), buy $35 or save it for something else.
I bought a $30 home swap gift card using the $5 monthly voucher not realising it would void cashback.
If I buy another $5 in home swap gift card will I then be eligible? Or do I have to buy $30 in gift card again?
That should work, in the challenge it says you're $5 short right?
What about using cashback to offset the payment? I think I did $27 + $3.

100% yes. I bought $30 using this $5 discount and it only registered as $25 spent so I failed this. Should have bought $35.

Want to recommend against buying any ShopBack Super Swap GCs for the foreseeable future. The system seems to be sending out completely different ones, and support are actively denying its happening.

I have received a couple of Mother's Day GCs as well, they're functionally identical to a Super Swap GC.
Came across the Mother's Day card in the past and there was indeed at least one difference (at the time). Seems like it is missing Chemist Warehouse too

I just tried swapping my $25 Mother's Day one and it had Chemist Warehouse.
@trixieb: I think it may have been a minimum value thing, for CW it's $20.
The Mother's Day GC is just a seasonal branded Prezzee Smart GC, Same as SB Super Swap, I can't imagine them purposefully changing anything about them.

I have a Prezzee Smart Gift Card bought directly from Prezzee this month which allows me to swap for Woolworths.
@wavesgreen: I also found a $20 that could swap for Woolies, bought as a SB Super Swap but not branded as one.
My $200 SB Super Swap could not be swapped for Woolies.
So it appears specific ones cannot be swapped for Woolies, not confusing at all.

Anything SB Super Swap branded excludes Woolies, Wish, BWS, Dan Murphy's and BIG W. Most likely because they sell those separately and have bonus deals on them fairly often, clearly there's some sort of partnership there.

@magster: Just checked the app again. The St G group email offers haven't been applied to the gift cards or any of the stores yet.
In my recent SB posts (SB Pay Chemist Warehouse & Myer), there were errors but GYB/SB team did not compensate. Too bad for us.
Hence it could be a risk for $20. The $3 bonus has tracked for some people which could have been stacked if the St G offer worked.
@CVonC: Highly doubt it could be an error. I never received the email from ShopBack, but looking at the screenshot in the above comment, it did mention gift card at the bottom of the image, also showing Super Swap in their promo too
@Neoika: SB probably forgot to apply the St G group bank offers. I checked others such as 10% Chemist Warehouse and 20% Target but they also don't exist.

@BargainsGrabber: Shopback continually make these errors where they advertise a deal in their emails then it's not available in the app. It's really poor.
And I'm still chasing the 5% bonus from the last 5% bank bonus deal that never tracked, the amount of hoops they are making me jump through to try and get the bonus is ridiculous considering the purchase was made directly through their own platform.

With their last promo I bought a Super Swap eGiftcard, when added to Prezzee it became Mothers Day Smart Giftcard instead of Super Swap…so weird! I want to swap to Chemist Warehouse giftcard but it doesn't have it like it should on the Super Swap card image. Did it happen to anyone too?

I bought $30 coles gc at 5.35am this morning Standard % tracked immediately, as of 12.50pm right now , $3 bonus still not tracking.
Standard cashback and the $3 bonus have now tracked for my Shopback Home Swap card purchase, but not yet the Westpac bonus.
And now the Westpac bonus 1% has also tracked, nearly 8 hours after purchase.

Does using giveaway credit from the August giveaway void the bonus? Or does $30 have to be charged to a single payment method?
