      What's to check up, you can tell people clicked through and your app did not work correctly you even had the appy deal banner. . Honour your mistake and pay everyone who clicked through. Simple.

      I added missing cashback request at the earliest opportunity - Sat 13/9. I have not had any reply to date. In fact, the casback case quotes an estimated completion date of 28 October 😮

      Basesd on the comments here, Shopback obviously knows about the faulty link to the app, yet they are dragging their feet on honouring the tracking made on the 11/9-30% promo.

      Given the widespread nature of this fault, a satisfactory outcome would be to offer a blanket fix (applied to all claims made via the BWS app for sales made during this 30% promo).

        Had to do a claim, $19.80 for a $66 purchase.
        Lodged a claim and nothing back yet, only says until 28 Oct
        I usually never pick up until it tracks

    For those still waiting here's what I heard back from the rep - basically now saying to wait for up to 45 days (even though some others got their claims resolved right away)…
