  Don't get this!! It's rubbish!!

  If you're going to buy LOTR, buy the extended version in the gold box!

  The audio in this version is awful. The dialogue is inaudible. The colours are also over saturated.

  I have both and can tell u this one is absolute rubbish. check Amazon for similar reviews.

  I hear the extended versions don't have the theatrical versions on the disc as well so I opted for this boxset first until the extended go on sale. Kind of sad how we need two separate box sets for the theatrical and extended cuts.
