I can't seem to get the 30% off code to work with the BBQ Steak pizza.
It works on Monday pickup for me, I have checked it in preparation for later. Another option is pickup on Saturday with a different code for 2 large pizza (code 799514) like $12 or $16 or $19 for example, different pizza different total price.

Yes you can but if you are talking about the buy one get one for $1 it’s only available at select stores. Do a dummy order now to see if it works for your store. You enter the code prior to actually checking out.

$21.90 is the minimum price a pizza has to be to be eligible for delivery. So I bought a $29 pizza and added toppings and applied the 30% off voucher making it add up to $22. It's basically a $10 premium pizza with extra steps after the cashback.

Cashback not tracked yet. Pizza is disgustingly small for a Value MAX range with a very sporadic toppings.
Also, not to forget, you may swap up to 3 toppings, so Eg: Swap Pepperoni for Italian Sausage (my favorite).
The trick is to note the cost of the topping and swap it for one with the same cost. Else, they'll add a differential 'Topping Surcharge'
