    Beware of Contradictory upsized rates for specific product, eg. Telfast. Telfast is in the Google Drive exclusion list. It's a wonder how they haven't fixed this convoluted mess yet. @gotyourback

            @crackman: Most of the Telfast are "Pharmacy Medicine" that are excluded in the T&Cs. Hence another contradiction.

    Everytime I buy something with the bank bonus card, the bonus never tracks and I have to put a manual request which takes ages to get approved. Not worth the hassle.

      Baby formula (like Blackmores Toddler Milk 900g) is listed under the 15% Cashback category ✅. Just note that pharmacy medicine products are excluded, but baby formula is fine to earn Cashback on 👍

      Nope — the $15 cap only applies to the New/Existing customer 20% Cashback rate. The 15% for Blackmores products isn’t capped at $15 👍

    The top cashback offer the other day was a lot simpler, 50% off most items, and tracked issue free for me, so this is pretty poor by comparison. Also, good luck getting the st george extra % tracked, SB don’t have a good track record with that recently. More trouble than it’s worth.

    If a product is tagged with PRACTITIONER ONLY, I assume that is a Pharmacy Medicine product, and hence ineligible for caskback.

    Does anyone know if I order items on the included list and add an item on the excluded list (prescription for example), will cash back tracked for eligible items and just exclude the prescription or will it not track the whole order as it holds an excluded item?

          Mine just tracked, after almost 18hrs later.

          Got a little gift, $15 cap wasn’t enforced and I was buying stuff that falls under standard 20%, got $18.xx from $102.xx spend incl GST

          Looks like they forgot to apply the $15 cap. Anyone else can vouch?
