  These one brand or one item cashbacks never seem to track and are a pita to deal with.
  Normal shopback cashbacks are always fine

    I had the same issue. It tracked at 30% instead of 40%. I think i raised a case to check it via the help bot. But hard to tell. I won’t pickup for 48hours to see if fixed. Let me know if there is another way to get it fixed or a support case raised properly.
