            @gembel: understood. I have just come across another deal with Telstra where they are offering bonus $300 on top of your trade-in for outright phones too; however, you need to have a telstra id which you can get with a $17 prepaid sim. Hope this helps

                @OZBsince2018: I just confirmed with them over chat, and they said it is applicable for outright phones too, but you need to do this in-store so they can instantly give you trade-in credit towards outright phones.

                    @marshmall0w2: It is the same, they also said they will price match if you have a better trade-in value ( not sure who they will agree to price match) just to give you an idea, JB is giving me 745 for 15 pro 128 gb, and Telstra is giving me 725

      I doubt anyone will buy iPhone 16 Pro Max 256 GB for $1600 on FB marketplace.
      I have one with 100% battery health, just checked the JB Hifi trade in value comes out $1,090+$100=$1,190. Quite on the low side.

    For those who have done it in the past, or planning to do it - how do you package your iPhone?

    I'm keen on taking advantage of this offer, as it looks like the highest of the trade in offers (iPhone 15 Pro 128gb) but unsure if I should buy a tiny box or maybe the envelope with bubble wrap inside that Aus Post sell or maybe use the box of the new iPhone to package it up.

    Trade in for iPhone 15 Pro 128gb:
    Mobile Monster are offering $825,
    Apple - $670;
    Telstra - $710 (however offer bonus of $300).

    Telstra is the best with the $300 bonus, but I'm wanting to buy it outright, and from the T&C it looks like Telstra apply the $300 as a credit on your bill (after the fact).
