        Yeah worth a mention indeed, good find. Just downloaded the app after having a rewards card for a while - the rewards card hasnt synced with the newly launched app account, but the app does have $5.50 connoseur after cashback 😬

      Those are just generic offers for the app store advertisement - you'll get targeted offers based on your purchase history.
      I assume there will be great offers, & some will be very mediocre, but better than nothing :)

      I got beef rump for $9/ kilo a few months back - cheaper than pre-covid inflation sale prices!

      I think the prices are set by individual IGA stores though, so it can be hard to compare / make price comparisons

        Yeah, I think you are right. But I've been in a few and all were waaaayyyy better

        At our local, I've never paid more than $12/kg for rump. Pork roast $5.99/kg this week. Bolar roast $8.99/ kg. Chicken breast $5.99/kg.

        Colesworthian shoppers wouldn't have a clue this exists.

      True, but seems most people don’t know about it because almost every day there is meat on clearance over 80% off. But the usual market specials are good too.

      Yep, you have to be emailed the offer for it to be given according to terms:

      you must download the IGA Rewards app, sign in with the email you received the offer to, and scan your IGA Rewards card

      But i'm curious if new sign ups will also eventually get emailed the same offer..

      @Meteor Anarcom - Just curious, were you an existing IGA Rewards Member before the 18th when I got the email offer? Not sure if everyone that was signed up, got it or not. New sign ups might not however…

    And thanks for IGA Carina Megafresh (fruit, veggies, & deli) specials.
    Know the store but never shopped there. My local store is 5 min walk.

    But those specials end TODAY!

    Had to change preferred store. Used to send specials. Was set to WA.

        Depends on store type & which chain of IGA.

        Meat is never cheap at my IGA Local Grocer or nearest large IGA.
        Richies IGA closed 2 large stores here long ago. Had very cheap meat. But few shopped there.

        Agree Rewards + price reduction on those products brings it down to around price @ColesWorth on special.

        e.g. Cadbury chocolate block currently $4 @Woolies vs $5 + $1 IGA Rewards Cashback

        But using it towards $20 spend for $10 Rewards Cashback makes sense.

        Requires $20 Rewards Cashback before can redeem it.

      Not 2023! 🙄 I joined IGA Rewards before 2020
      Have membership emails from back then.

      Used to be $5 discount for joining with physical card from IGA store. So joined a few times😉
      That + member specials were only benefit I got.

      It's just a revamp & relaunch.
      This is the "newly reworked IGA Rewards Cash-Back Program" with app.
      Plus can easily add membership to mobile wallet.

      Thanks @auna - I reworded the description to be more accurate.
      The news this week was advertising this a lot actually - but it's really just a change to their rewards system.
