I think that was a commercial course. This appears residential. But inflation at work with the $$

  • A house isn't an investment vehicle. It is a place of safety, a sanctuary for families, a foundation for communities, and a fundamental human need that should not be commodified to the point of exclusion.

Where do you live then if you don’t own a home yet?

      • -1

        That isn't a serious question.

        • What does it matter? It's a relevant question which you're refusing to answer.

      • that's the problem, they want a house near the cbd for buggerall.

        • He wants universal free housing on demand

You leave home at 16, the govt gives you a house. You break up with your girlfriend/partner/wife the govt has to supply an extra house or apartment.

The govt has to always stump up as this bozo doesn’t believe in rental housing. So where are the homes coming from? Thin air?

He replies with it doesn’t have to be free, well what happens when you refuse to work or can’t get a job. Housing is a “fundamental human need” so you don’t get thrown out if you can’t or won’t pay.

So free housing and the dole, yeah that’s an incentive to be a productive member of society.
