Can you put 4pm-10pm in the title please

  • Payments using: vouchers, eBay credits

Does that means eBay gift card as well?

    • +1

No, using eBay gift cards has always been fine

  • +3

Almost every item on eBay is a store promotion
"Store promotions, discounts or special deals unless otherwise stated"

    • +1

So when you see something like:
      AU $27.89
      List price AU $34.95
      Save AU $7.06 (20% off)
      Does this mean store promotion?

      • @gotyourback are you able to confirm?

        • +2

Hey folks 👋 good q’s just to clarify:

          • Store promotions/discounts shown on eBay listings (like “List price $34.95, now $27.89, save 20%”) are fine ✅ These are seller discounts and won’t affect your Cashback.
          • What will knock out Cashback are manual coupon/voucher codes you apply at checkout (unless specifically stated otherwise in the promo T\&Cs). In those cases the whole order will track at \$0 🙅‍♂️

So discounts you see baked into the item price = all good. Extra coupon codes you manually add = no Cashback.

Hope that clears it up 🙌

    • Yeah, a few things I'm interested in are like $0.40 off (1% off). I wonder if they've done it to rule out cashback.

      • lol ryda camera store got everything 0 cents (0% off)
at least the normal coupons give more than 20 back anyway

  • Shame no upsized bank bonus this time. Hold?

      Read it again

I'm waiting for 10% cashback, 10% bank bonus and code usage allowed.

"Ensure that you DO NOT add products to your eBay wishlist and purchase/bid over 24 hours later, as Cashback may not be awarded." Does this mean don't purchase anything else for 24 hours? Also is this once only? Can I combine items from diferent sellers and different countries in my cart?

  • +1

Most of the new stuff on ebay is worth getting because of Coupons

  • omg I just ordered $100 item last night. Bad timing by me

  • Crap. Going to cancel and repurchase

  • Checked my account the other day and noticed a previous upsized cashback was incorrectly tracked at regular amount (also included westpac upsize which was)

    https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/909611

It was this deal and other comments mentioning the incorrect tracking. @gotyourback commented and said it was a know issue with the team and would be sorted but I got missed. Outside of the claim period now so don't know if it's even worth following up.

Tldr: Proceed with caution and check you get the correct rate

  • How long do these take to appear as transactions in the app?

  • Any issues if I use the shopback and ebay apps instead of browser?

    • I use this way every time and don’t have issues

  • Shame can't get cashback when using the Ebay Plus promo code SNSPLUS which gives $10 off $100+, $30 off $300+, $50 off $500+, $70 off $700+, $100 off $1000+.
