    illusion

  • Can we use PNA (PNA120) code?

    • Does that give you 120% off?

      • $10 off for $100 spend or $20 off for $200 spend
Would be good to get it too if it's acceptable by SB

  • +1

    How about Afterpay?

  • is base cashback limit per user
    & westpac limit per order

couldn't find anything in terms on shopback?
but this deals title on OZB seems to know

ignoring westpac cashback does topcashback guarantee net us an extra $20 if we wish to order more

    • Unless otherwise stated, normally it’s per transaction basis

  • Assuming its cap per order not account right?

  • is this also 5 uses per account? or just a one off when $20 cap is met, the next order won't qualify?

    • 5 uses per account is for the eBay account only. Cashback is not limited to one transaction

      • where can i find the t&cs, the title here suggest the bank discount is per order but no the ebay discount. Really confusing

        • eBay discount is managed by eBay themselves and has no correlation with the ShopBack cashback offer for the bank bonus

Re per order, that’s common knowledge for those frequent shopbackers

  • Can you use SSNOW with this?

    • Not for the base cashback, but the westpac one will still track fine

  • If I use a coupon code not listed above, does the 10% Cashback get invalidated?

Also does anyone know with the Bank Cashback, if it is capped per transaction or per card and if one St George Card can be applied across two different Shopback accounts (i.e. on my Wife's account)?

    Thanks

    • Not for the base 10% cashback, but the bank bonus will still track

Unsure about if it’s per card, but it is capped per transaction

    • same card number can only be added to 1 shopback account at a time

      • Thanks both

  • Anyone has a way to chase back the missing Westpac cashback? My normal cashback is tracked.

All the support on the app just keep looping back and unable to report missing cashback from Westpac bonus.

    • +1
    • What time did you order? Usually doesnt track until the next day and if you contact support too soon, they usually ask you to wait and dont do anything anyway

      • 1/6 the Amazon sales and Westpac bonus 8%

  • The item I want only supports PLF15FY not JUNEOFYxx, oh well

  • +3

    "Up to" 10% cashback.

  • +5

Hmmmm I'm seeing the 10% base cashback DOESN'T apply for using the JUNEOFYxx code…

    That's disappointing

    • +1

      So annoying

  • +6

OP is incorrect unfortunately, 20 and 22% promo codes are excluded with 10% CB offering. Standard CB rates apply if you use those promo codes.

    • +1

The OP should add this to the deal - there are going to be lots of disappointed people otherwise

    • So if I use the code will the bank bonus tracked at 10% even though the standard cashback is not 10%

  • So I can't buy wine with Juneofy20 code and get 10% from shopback? Only 0.6 % 😑

  • +2

These T&C are so hard to understand on shopback.

Electronics (Usage of JUNEOFY22 or JUNEOFY20) (Capped at $20) 0.4%

Does it mean its only 0.4% for electronics and not the 10% + 10% as the title claims.

Standard Cashback (Capped at $20, excluding other Coupons usage) 10%

What does this mean? If you use the code then no cashback? Not what OP says.

    • 10% if no codes used. Smaller CB is code is used.

    • Yes, I think the 10% listed cashback reduces to only 0.4% if you use the codes with the electronics category + the 10% Westpac if you use that too

      • the westpac 10% is still applicable? Or is that downgraded to 0.4% as well?

      • I see no mention of whether the Banking cashback is valid with use of any coupon, noting I only have visibility of StG. If this is the case, we'd be better off with TCB's 3% cashback (valid with JUNEOFYxx coupon)

      • +1

Mine only tracked at 0.4% and didn’t use the code cause it wasn’t eligible.

        • Shopback messed the whole promotion up (again)

    • You would need a lawyer these days there are so many niggles and weasel words in all these deals

  • +8

Apologies for the mix up, I believe this is the first time an advertised code has had different cashback rates.

I'll make note of this in future posts and update as needed.

    • +3

Bit of a shame SB did it this way. Would have been pretty sweet to stack them all 😢

  • Where can you see the Westpac/St George Bank Cashback in detail? I can't see it anywhere mentioned on the Shopback website.

    • In the app. Link your card to SB

      • I have but I mean I can't see any banners promoting the extra 10% off for St George customers.

        • Earn more section. Scroll to section for St George Lounge

          • @8azinga: Thanks, I can shop via the website right. I don't need to go through the app exclusively I assume. It's so odd that it's only listed in the App but nowhere on the website.

  • +1

what a shame on shopback to exclude JUNEOFY at the last moment, very disappointing

What’s the point if they could exclude it anytime at their will

  • Does anyone know the bank bouns can be tracked if I use Apple Pay with my link card or does the linked card have to be added in eBay during check out? Cheers.

    • Apple pay is fine

      • Thank you!

  • If I buy an international item on ebay aus will it still track?

  • Anyone have confirmed tracking yet?

    • +1

Usually happens next day at earliest

  • What's the minimum amount you need to charge to credit card to activate the bank bonus?

e.g. Can it be $0.01 or $1 etc?

    • Hopefully $1.99 is ok (on a $200 order payed with GC), because that's what I did…
(My first time using a Westpac bonus)

    • +2

      One cent

  • +1

Does everyone tracked at the 10%, mine seems way off

  • +1

Tracking came through early but was not the 10%. Bank Bonus close enough to as correct. 2c under what it should have been

    • +1

Same, bank bonus was correct. But the main eBay bonus was way off. Only tracked $1.17 for $80+ transaction :(

      • +1

It tracked at the lower rates that were meant to be if you used the JUNEOFY20 and JUNEOFY22 codes.

        • I didn't use any codes

          • @kcy: I realise that but ebay/shopback obviously had an issue and i suspect it applies to everybody. Just give them some time to sort it out.

  • Got $1.53 tracked on $256 transaction

  • +1

@gotyourback I bought a case on ebay after 4pm when shopback was showing 10% ebay cashback. I didn't use any codes and paid partially with westpac.

    Base tracked at 1.3%
    Westpac tracked at 10%

    What's going on?

    • +1

I didn’t use any code, only got base tracked at very low c.1%, sending enquiry to [email protected]

    • +1

      Same lol.

    • same here

    • +1

Same here. Didn't use promo code at all
My Westpac bonus also lower than 10%

    • +2

      Same here
      Westpac bonus tracked at 10%
But the eBay cashback tracked at the standard rate 0.6%

  • +3

I'm guessing the tracking issue applies to everybody. It tracked at the lower rates that were meant to be if you used the JUNEOFY20 and JUNEOFY22 codes.
They'll get around to fixing it to give them some time before everybody hounds them as it just means they have to waste time responding to everybody

    • +1

Seems like every promo these days is a fail glad i didnt waste my time on this one

  • +1

Looks like Shopback are up to their usually uselessness with tracking discrepancies.
Hope everyone can get it sorted

  • I got my $1.86 tracking notification for a $299 purchase (less 22%) made at 4:14pm. The edit here says the JUNEOFY codes were announced as invalidated at 4:00pm. No. That edit was done at 4.29pm.

    • Although I sympathize, the JUNEOFY code exclusion was as clear as day on ShopBack. Don’t know how you missed it.

    • OP got it wrong but they arent the shopback rep so it isnt shopbacks fault. Always check what someone posts.

  • It's "open a ticket" season again I guess. Days ago they also played with the "Pizza Hut or BWS" wording in the email and ended up with "Pizza Hut AND BWS" at the cashback.

  • @gotyourback do we all need to open tickets or will the standard cashback rate be correctly uplifted to all members?

  • +1

Anyone yet to get tracking at all? I ordered at 6:30pm and nothing yet

    • At ordered at 4:01 pm and got tracking last night for 1.6%

    • same :/

Hate it when it opens another app

    • +1

Made 2 order close to 10pm using eofy code (it's 1.6% but hoping the westpac 10% would still count). No tracking yet so far

    • +1

Nothing for me yet, expecting regular cashback with the allowed codes and Westpac bonus 😕

  • +1

Wrong ebay cashback amount tracked. How do I contact them?
    Thanks

    • Did you use that eofy code? It's 1.6%-1.8% if you do (10% is only without code)

  • +9

Hey everyone, thanks for flagging this! 😊 We’re aware of the issue with the eBay Cashback tracking from yesterday (09/06/2025) between 4 pm and 10 pm, and we’ve already raised it with the team. It’ll be fixed soon, and any discrepancies will be sorted out.

Thanks for your patience while we sort this! If you’ve got any more questions, just let us know! Cheers

    • Just saw that my cashback has now been revised to the correct amount, thank you rep.

      • Thanks for letting us know @eswes! I’m so glad to hear your Cashback has been revised to the correct amount. If you need anything else, feel free to reach out!

        • @gotyourback Is anything being done about all the missed cashback?
Others said they had issue with the search but i didnt use search function but it seems like there was an issue causing tracking to not occur
I screen recorded and know the issue is not due to my purchase process. No vpn or ad blockers, nothing in cart prior, clear cookies/history then go to SB and on to ebay to make purchase.

          • @8azinga: We completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially since you’ve followed all the steps. We’re definitely looking into the issue with missed Cashback and tracking problems. I appreciate you mentioning the process you followed – that definitely helps!

If your Cashback hasn’t tracked within 7 days, we’d recommend submitting a missing Cashback report to help us investigate further. You can do that here: (http://www.shopback.com/account/missingCashback)

Thanks for your patience while we work on this, and feel free to reach out if you need anything else!

            • +1

@gotyourback: The missing cashback just got tracked but the base CB didnt track at 10%. The bank bonus was correct at 10% though.

  • +2

Mine was weird, tracked at 10% for westpac, and then 1% or something for the base rate, no codes were used

    • Same, let me know if you figure it out

      • +1

The base CB just tracked at the lower cashback rates if JuneOFY20/22 codes were used, even though you didnt use a code. The current CB rates showing on SB are the same as what was there last night if codes used. Ranges from 0.2-2%. SB are aware of it and are fixing as per reps comment so just check back in a week to see if it has updated.

      • Same, let me know if you figure it out
