      4:10pm order tracked. 5pm order didnt track so either there is another tracking issue or they changed the time things get reported because tracking came through last night which is unusually early. Wonder if something like orders before Xpm tracked last night and orders after Xpm will track tonight.

        Yeah, I was thinking the same. eg - it's reported in batches of time periods.
        I screen recorded and there's definitely nothing wrong on my end for an issue… 🤞

      Same - This seems to be the case for everyones that's commented for orders after 5pm, which is good news I guess… ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

      Hopefully it will come thru eventually, since it's doesn't seem to be user error… and I've dm'd their rep, hopefully they're aware / looking into it

        On the bright side, hopefully when all the later orders finally track, they will be for the correct amount (10% if no coupons used) rather than ShopBack having to go back and readjust those who had the wrong cashback.

          That’s my thoughts too.
          I believe ShopBack pulled the tracking approval early when they saw tracking was incorrect. So that’s why all the people who purchased at 4pm ish got incorrect tracking amounts, and people who purchased later haven’t tracked at all.

      Yes, they have added an "ebay cashback adjustment" but that is for people's orders that did track.

      Did anybody that ordered after 5pm get tracking?

        I ordered 10.46pm and mine came through ok, although I ordered via desktop PC and the activation link from Shopback website took me to a strange landing page on the eBay Website where if I searched for any items it would show 0 results. I had to navigate back to the main eBay homepage after activating the offer to search for the items to add to my cart.

          Ah, not what i and some others wanted to hear. My 4:10pm order but 5pm order didn't and i know it wasnt my order process that caused tracking issues. Both on desktop PC, clearing cookies/history first, wasnt in cart prior, no ad blockers, vpn etc. I screen recorded but will wait a week to see if SB fix it themselves or if i have to contact them to manually add it.

            @8azinga: Mine is similar as yours, same desktop. Did one just after 4pm, tracked just fine (no 22% code). Then 2 more before 10pm with 22% code, and nothing tracked.

          @Moo Deng The offer was from 4-10pm though, no one has actually confirmed getting 10% tracking for orders between 5 and 10pm.

          @8azinga My 10% and bonus is still untracked like everyone else has reported. I've dm'ed the rep but was told initially, theres basically no issue at the moment (besides the wrong rate [which isn't relevant for us]). Feeling little confidence, despite the issue obviously being on their end…

          And agree, the eBay SB landing page not allowing you to search is very weird… it lands on a 'deal' category that needs to be changed to all categories. Otherwise none of my searches work. Bit of a head scratcher…

      I am amazed SB has managed to fix this promo in record time without intervention.

      For a transaction composing of 7 items:
      Day 1 only 3 items tracked initially, with incorrect base rate and correct Westpac rate.
      Day 2 received base rate adjustment for those 3 items.
      Day 3 other 4 items tracked, with incorrect base rate and correct Westpac rate.
      Day 4 received base rate adjustment for those 4 items.
