i agree. 24 nuggets at maccas was not quite enough - but 40 at maccas was too much. 30 is just right as you say. Balanced as all things should be.

Cooked chicken has approx 24% to 32% protein content depending on the part of the chicken.
These have 12.1% protein content.
So I would estimate at most 50% chicken content.If you go to the frozen chicken section battered chicken (nuggets, tenders) nutrition info usually has between 45-55%

Seems criminal to serve nuggs without sauce.
I like to divide these into freezer bags and save them for when I have to eat some cracked nutrition stuff that tastes like ass. Then I have some nugget to put a nice taste in the mouth and build positive associations. Wooooooo laughs in ARFID
