Windscribe Pro VPN: Annual Subscription US$39 (~A$59.59) for 1 Year @ Windscribe

100
IWANTP2P

Not as cheap as some previous deals, though Windscribe has stated on Reddit they will not be running as many deals any more. I guess the next hope for a deal will be around Black Friday/Cyber Monday.

They are running this deal for 48 hours. As long as you keep it active it will continue to renew at this price.

I received this email also, but it is the frequently offered lowest price, and nothing special from them.

I had a sub $20 annual price (over 3 years), but it did not offer automatic renewal, or I would still be using it.

Also have a lifetime 60gig free plan (that apparently ends when Putin is deceased). They offered a $10? annual forever deal for those that were on this plan to encourage free people to pay something - the offer was not extended to me or I would have gone with this also. I found the deal mentioned on their socials after it had expired, and they would not extend it to me.

Reasonable quality product, but not the easiest people to deal with.

    • Also didn't get the offer, currently paying US$20 which i find good enough value

  • I think Proton VPN comes highly recommended and cheaper.

    • ProtonVPN is slightly cheaper for the first 2 years at $4.89 a month, though only renews for 12 months at a time after that for $10.83 a month.

Both are good VPNs, each have their pros and cons depending on your use case and what devices you use.

I bought lifetime windscribe about 10 years ago and use the service on multiple devices all the time.

Even pay yearly for their controld service that replaced my nextdns subscription.

    • Yeah when people often grumble against lifetime subs I think of this one - that I unfortunately missed. 10 years is lifetime enough value for a good sub like this, and it looks better every year. Good for you!

    • I bought a 3 year subscription that lasted 7 years

      • How?

        Your account is still premium?

        • Was through StackSocial a few years ago. Got the email that my subscription was ending, but for whatever reason, it never actually ended.. until 4 years later (was actually earlier this year it ended, and I switched to SurfShark)
