PSA: Sell Your Qantas Lounge Passes on eBay!

Hey all, thought I'd share this recent experience with some Qantas Lounge passes.

I had forgotten that I had two, and they were expiring at the end of this month. Couple of people here offered me $20 for one, or $15 for one lol, so I figured I'd try my luck on eBay and see what would happen.

I listed them both at $49.99 with best offer enabled. Sold one within 24 hours, and then the second one within 48 hours after that! Both at full price fouiyohhh

Obviously YMMV, but may as well give it a try! Especially if yours expire in a while.

(Kind of makes one wonder why one would sell em here for $20 or even $30 tbh)

    Isnt reselling them illegal? I have heard of seller and buyer being banned somewhere

      Yea mate. Totally illegal. Qantas police will come and arrest you and straight to jail.

    Hope your luck hold outs.

    Usually ebay scammer/s will use your pass and then open a PayPal dispute (on the last allowable date) to get the money back.

    I miss the days when I was young and naive and hadn't been scammed a few times.

    It's nice when life is that simple.

    You will be seeing around $40 at best after fees, assuming the seller doesn't scam you as you have no tracking number to prove delivery.

    50 bucks for a lounge pass……sounds like you found someone really stupid or you more likely are getting scammed
