If/when only 1 box arrives ask to return the item without contacting customer service due to incorrect quantity received. Should be an instant refund due to being a food item

Through customer service I told him that I got 10% of my order and now my party is ruined
I went help > selected the chips > request refund > missing items/parts > entered a description in the text box and got the refund. All automated.

Dunno how you all got to customer service i kept getting thrown into loops had to send of a message basically explaining it , they’re processing it as a refund though and dont have to send it back, was all automated though no service rep involved.
