  • Um.. all comments are unpublished?

Anyway if it's like my Dyson (The one you drag along (not upright) you click the button like think down the bottom but that button is part of what comes out.

Hard to explain but it took me an embarrassing 20s to realise what I was doing wrong.

Remember the first law of engineering,

If it moves and it shouldn't, use duct tape.

If it doesn't move and it should, use WD40.

  • what model is it?

    • Dealman your bloody funny :))

Open the cap where the handle is kept. Pull the cap. You will find it's stuck….but you have to keep pulling and little by little it will start to come out till you can take it out. Then put the handle back in gently, pulling it in and out gently. It happened to me also. But do this and it will be as before:)

    • Thankyou so much your a lifesaver. All the best and thanks again :)
