  • Looks like the 64Gb is out of stock. Only 128 and 256 are available

Just checked, all 3 still in stock.

      • +1

Literally just bought the 3 lol.

      • +1

They have more than 3. 3 is just the limit per account

The reason @Fixit said it is out of stock is due to Amazon AU not shipping it to their address, so the Amazon website will make it look like the Amazon AU listing is out of stock (when it is actually still in stock).

I corrected the link in the deal to force the Amazon website to show the Amazon AU listing, but if @Fixit now tries to buy it, they should see at the checkout:

Sorry, <item> can't be shipped to the address you selected. Please remove the item or select another address.

    Any good?

If 80MBps is fast enough for you. 26mins to read everything on that drive. Write speed will be slower. Decent for small files, get something faster if you're video editing.

Or 64gb 5-pack for $27 ($5.40 each), which seems like better value than this deal.

Thanks OP, i have probably 2-3TB's worth of usb's lying around but can never find one when i need one, purchased this for now.

    • +3

You have fallen into the category of "buy now and never remember where the hell you put it" syndrome.

  • Strange thing is they were $11.50 during prime sales

    • +1

tomtoc switch 2 case I bought is also cheaper by $2 after prime sales. I don't trust prime days

    • Horrific.

    • +1

Yeah, that is a terribly slow sequential write speed.
Better to get the Sandisk Ultra Dual Drive. It has sequential read speed of 370MB/s and sequential write speed of 70MB/s.

    • +4

I have the 128gb version of this and write speed is around 70MB/s

      • Strange. A customer review on the Amazon page shows sequential write speed of only 26MB/s for the 128GB model.

        • +2

it's probably because of their own pc limitation. see it all the time. they blame the drive or this or that for low speeds that have nothing to do with the drive itself. i get consistently 70mb/s write speed in real world transfer of files, and unlike other flash drives i've used this one doesn't throttle when transferring large files

    • +1

I just watched a review with a 256GB one and he got ~50MB/s sequential.

  • +1

    Ordered 2 thanks!

Brought a few the other week. Good quality metal construction. They dont get as hot as the compact sandisk ones

    • Are you comparing this model with the Sandisk Ultra Dual Drive, or different models?

      • I have the ultra dual drive luxe and iltra fit that both get hot

  • +1

    Ordered 2, thanks!

  • Bugger. I paid the $11.99 it was last month. Still havent opened the pack yet.

  • Wonder if these get ridiculously hot like the Sandisk Luxe equivalent

  • Temporarily out of stock and is now $11.99

  • Back to $9 (still Temp Out Of Stock).

  • damn, back to 11.99 now.
