Terms & Conditions
1. These terms and conditions apply to Ubank customers that spend $40 or more on eligible items on Amazon Haul Australia with an eligible Ubank card and use code “UBANK” at check out.
2. The first 28,000 redemptions will receive $10 off. The promo 'UBANK' can only be redeemed once per Amazon customer.
3. For this Offer and these terms, an eligible Ubank card means a Ubank Visa Debit card.
4. This Offer is available for a limited time starting at 12.00am AEDT on 27 October 2025 and ending at the earlier of 11.59pm AEDT on 9 November 2025 or the Offer being fully redeemed.
5. When Amazon says ‘eligible items’ in these terms and conditions, we mean any product that’s sold at amazon.com.au/haul on mobile web or in the Amazon App except for:
i) products sold by Amazon US, Amazon UK, Amazon Japan, or Amazon Germany Global Stores (even if fulfilled by Amazon AU);
ii) alcohol;
iii) digital purchases like e-books;
iv) subscriptions like Prime Video and Audible;
v) gift cards;
vi) postage or delivery rates.
6. This Offer can’t be used in conjunction with other promotional code offers on Amazon Haul.
7. If you cancel or return an eligible item purchased using the ‘UBANK’ promo code, you’ll only be refunded the price you paid for that item (i.e. less the value of the promo code) and the promo code will be invalidated.
8. This Offer can’t be used on pre-existing orders and won’t apply to orders placed with 1-Click.
9. The Offer isn’t transferable and can’t be resold and isn’t redeemable for cash.
10. This Offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended without notice. Any amendment to or withdrawal of the Offer will only apply to Eligible Orders made pursuant to the Offer after the time and date of the amendment or withdrawal. If we amend the Offer or end it early, we will, where possible, give you reasonable notice about this on this page.
11. The Amazon.com.au Conditions of Use and Sale apply. Delivery charges will be applied to each item in accordance with the Amazon.com.au Haul standard delivery rates and policies.
12. If a customer violates any terms and conditions of this Offer, use of the ‘UBANK’ promo code will be invalid, and they will not be eligible for this Offer. Amazon may elect to cancel a transaction (and refund monies paid) if it considers that a customer is violating these terms or to address suspected misuse, abuse or fraud. Amazon reserves the right to cancel this Offer at any time where it suspects misuse, abuse or fraud.
