    I added about $150 worth of items to my cart and it's coming up with a $3.17 discount out of no where and shows a voucher icon. I didn't add any promo codes or vouchers and when I click on the promo code section no vouchers are showing up.

    Is this normal?

      It will track less to the portion of an item

      Next time deselect voucher/ credits manually at the checkout page , its right on top of the payment selection.

    Anyone with experience adding extra items on after the fact to an order with the 'one click pay' function? Did they also get tracked for you?

    Just bought some shoes, realised I needed to size up so added the same shoes in the size up and then cancelled the other pair - the 'change size' option was greyed out for me when selecting the size I needed. Cheers

    Edit: Nevermind! Just saw T&C 1 cancellation voids the whole cashback… will cancel everything and reorder

    Took a chance and placed an order. Can always return if cashback doesn't track but so far haven't had any issues with tracking on Temu, althought that was on TCB.

    So I got the email saying until 6pm. Lucky I checked because I went to checkout and the 50% cashback has gone. It needs to be clearer that's its AEDT, I'm in Brisbane. So I didn't submit my order

      So I had put through 2 orders before I was going to put through my third order due to the time cut off.

      What I would like to know is why did Temu, all of sudden after been a regular shopper for a number of years, suddenly cancel a $1214 order, given the timing of the 50% off?

      Has anyone ever had an order cancelled due to 'unusual payment activity'?

      @gotyourback, this seems highly convenient that my order was cancelled when I was due to receive a significant cashback. Are you aware of this happening before? I will be lodging a complaint with Temu, but given Shopback is the one running this offer, I think it is justified that you investigate from your side too. Happy to provide further details.

        Correction: I meant I placed 1 order first, then the second order was the one cancelled. Temu have been very unhelpful so far in justifying unusual payment activity, so its likely I'll lodge a complaint with the ACCC or Fair Trading. It seems very convenient that they cancelled an order that required a significant cashback but who knows. If they won't explain it to me they can explain it to an authority.

          Sorry to hear about the hassle with your Temu order, that sounds pretty frustrating, especially with that big Cashback on the line 😕

          Just so you know though, Temu handles all the orders, payments, and cancellations on their end. We don’t have access to their system, so we can’t see or control when they cancel an order. Definitely worth chasing them up for an explanation.

          If your Cashback doesn’t show up later on though, hit us up and we’ll take a proper look from our side 👍

      I brought at 5.45pm, still not track yet. I read somewhere it will take 24 hours for temu tracking. Let's wait and see.

        Yeah I bought at 4:12pm. I've got the screenshot of the payment screen and the 'Cashback active' at the top so hopefully it's an easy claim if it doesn't track
