  1. Purchases via the Lenovo Education Store, Outlet Store and any Employee Purchase Programs such as corporate partner stores are ineligible for cashback.
  2. Assisted or negotiated deals via phone/email/chat are ineligible for cashback.
  3. Purchases using codes imported from other sites, or clicks made from 3rd party plugins, newsletters, banners, advertising etc. are ineligible for cashback. Cashback is however eligible on codes generated officially by Lenovo on its website, even though they may not be listed on TopCashback, provided last click before purchase is from TopCashback.
  4. The portion of payments made using MyLenovo Rewards Points and/or any Lenovo credits are ineligible for cashback.
  5. Cashback is ineligible on use of any gift cards, vouchers, or store credit for partial or full payment. Cashback is also ineligible on purchase of any gift cards.
  6. Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.

          Sounds like either a blocker of some sort or an active VPN. Please use the TopCashback app on mobile data and you'll find the error won't be there.

          Yes, seems to be down. Tried on mobile network, no ad blockers, and even used the creators browser for blocking stuff (chrome) and getting the same error.

        The officeworks laptop screen is 60hz whereas the lenovo direct laptop is 120hz.

        I almost fell for the officeworks price too, but decided to get the better screen and bought the lenovo direct laptop the other day using the 15% shopback cashback.

    If I have Lenovo rewards points and they are used towards the purchase upon checkout, is cashback voided? Edit: Nevermind, saw the T&Cs and it's just the portion that's invalid.

    Just copped the 5090 Legion 7i Pro for $4,083.71 after cash back and $22 sign-up rewards points. Also sold my previous Lenovo LOQ 17 I got for $1,560.35 from this deal (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/922866) for $1,800.

    Total outlay for this laptop is $3,844.06. Not bad!
