        Yeah my memory of $165 is a few weeks old, but woah even better.

        I actually have a pair of XBX3s, extremely good earphones, definitely as good as $300+ pairs.

          I have a pair of Shure the se535s.. Interested to compare them.. Theses Sony's were so cheap I couldn't help buying a pair.. Almost 65% off rrp for the xbx3!

          Compared to my Sony ex1000s which should be similar to the Shures , they are much more coloured as opposed to accurate, but definitely very pleasant casual listening.

        I am in NSW too but guys don't get too excited. No one has been able to confirm if any of the stores are really honouring this deal or even have stock. For all i know this sale is only offered by VIC stores only. There is no date as to when deal starts or ends. Op got an email but instead of posting the link, he printed then scanned the copy and uploaded it. Not sure what's happening there.

    I rang the nunawading store and was told that firstly you need to have a copy of the email and secondly you have to be in their system.

    There is a reason why the OP has not disclosed the whole email.
